Rafail Heating

I called one contractor to fix my Air conditioner and he couldn't do it, he wanted me to replace the whole unit. Then I called Rafail's Heating & Cooling and he managed to fix the problem to my satisfaction. Now my AC is working fine. I would use Rafail's Heating & Cooling in the future.

First of all the man is honest. He's not going to rip you off. The first time I contacted Rafail of Rafail's Heating, Cooling and Appliance Repair our furnace had stopped working in the middle of winter. I called Rafail and he came down the same day. He determined right away after doing a few tests that the furnace needed a new circuit board. He installed the new circuit board and that took care of the problem and the furnace started working immediately.

Then about a month ago we called Rafail because our Air conditioning stopped working and over the phone Rafail determined that it needed a new Capacitor. He then came down the same day and put in the new Capacitor and had the Air conditioner working within an hour and a half. We always keep Rafail's magnetic car on our refrigerator door in case we need to call him again. The man is good.

Rafail is a GREAT service person for issues with Heaters, and even came out on a Sunday! He stayed until the unit was in perfect working condition, and also came back to install replacements for it! EXCELLENT service, would definitely recommend 100%!!!
