Great experience. Not charging for more than what was needed to repair the problem. Timely and fast.

I wish I had read reviews prior to having them service our central ac unit. Now only half of our house is cool. And price was too high. I'm also waiting for a response. Seems to me checking all the vents to make sure I was receiving cool air would be part of the inspection.

We have purchased both a 92% efficient furnace (in 2005) and and an AC (in 2012) from Rearick's and their service and follow-up has been great. They also had the best price for each. I would recommend them. They also serviced a furnace in a rental recently even though it was not one they installed.

This place is pathetic if emploees themselves post reviews about the company. "Best place to work in the world." Really? Being new in the area just hired them to repair our furnace. Rip off prices, rude customer service and the tech messed up our furnace system where only half of the house is being heated. Paid almost $500 for ignition box replacement and have only half of the house heated. We would never hire them again nor would recommend to anyone. Called and complained, no response yet.

My advice to the person who gave them one star for not showing up- be glad! We paid almost half of a thousand dollars for 10 minutes work and have only half of the house heated after their service. Horrible business, stay away.

Needed some work done on my furnace in my Merrillville home. I called 3 days ago and the person said someone would call me back. Still waiting.
