We called for an appointment to have our HVAC system checked and they came out in 2 days. Grant checked the system and did a thorough cleaning. He did try to sell us unnecessary stuff and the unit runs just as good as it did when we purchased it four years ago. I would recommend Reasonable Air, LLC to anyone thinking of purchasing a new unit or just needing their current system maintained.

I was told I needed to replace my entire unit by the first company that had come out to service it a few times. I got a weird feeling the last time they were out and made my calls. This is where I landed these amazing people! He came in, didn't rush, and figured out what was wrong. Lo and behold, I didn't need an entire unit! Thank goodness. We're up and running again and my house feels amazing! Thank you so much!

Grant and Reasonable Air did a great job installing a mini-split for our FROG. They came when they said they would and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Price was less than I thought it would be. Definitely recommend if you need any A/C work. Don & Donna

Under-promises and over-delivers. Grant was early to appointments, but called and asked if that was ok. Work came in very close to estimate and time allotted even though he found more components to replace and had to go get an extra part at his shop. The only difference I paid was for actual parts (and like a good, tradesman, he gave me the defunct ones and the packaging for the replacement to show the work was done). He'll be our go to from here on out.

I would never recommend this company. They were recommended to me by a work friend, my wife contacted him and he did come out quick and on time. My wife was told the initial fee would be $65 dollars, which she. told me and I was fine with. After he spent about 1 hour and 15 minutes checking my unit he charged us an additional $90 dollars for labor. Now, he didn't fix anything or replace any parts on my unit so I do not understand what I paid $145 dollars for.

After my wife called me upset about how he sprung this charge on her, I contact him and asked why the $90 dollar charge on top of the $65 dollar charge. His response was that the $65 dollar charge only covered 15 minutes of his time. This is a terrible business practice and I will never use or recommend this company. He provided a military discount which lowered the bill from $155 to $147.

Reasonable Air (Mr. Grant Shirley) recently replaced our AC unit. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our system, and he provided us quotes with a good, better, and best scenarios in a timely manner. We are very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.

The a/c died on the 4th of July. My wife and I were planning to go out of town. I called Reasonable Air on the 5th. By 1:30 they had parts order. They fixed and tested the a/c while we out of town. We came home to a cool house. I like and I trust Mr Shirley. I will definitely call them the next time I need help.

I rarely write reviews unless the service is beyond my expectations. THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!! Mr Grant was able to look at my unit the SAME DAY to give an estimate. I explained to him that I will be needing a replacement unit for a home I will be selling so I wouldn't need anything fancy just affordable. This company offered the BEST RATE by far(I called about 7 companies) as well as extreme professionalism.
