My Air conditioner has been giving me problems for over a year and I've had company after company coming and they were all more worried about trying to up-sale me or make money. If you want to most trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable company call this one. Never again will I ever use anyone but them. Christian was the best tech too! Thank you so much for fixing our ac, now I don't have to suffer this summer!

I had my tankless water heater maintenance serviced with Richard Tirado & he was absolutely awesome! He convinced me to get the gold annual membership pack for my other needs in my home as well (AC unit, Heating, Plumbing, etc.) I bought the service because it was so worth it. He was very professional and let us know how long the appointment would take, and was very thorough with informing us of what we needed.

I really appreciate him & look forward to specifically requesting him for my services for my home. They also have a 24/7 emergency service they provide. This company is awesome.

Joseph was wonderful and professional The service of my water heater (drain, flush, refill ) was done quickly and completely. I highly recommend Joseph. Thru no fault of Joseph's, the office did not send the HVAC technician to do the furnace service but Joseph called the office to get someone to complete that service to be sent out tas soon as possible to finish the maintenance. Joseph went above and beyond what he was assigned to provide.

Had Joseph out for a leaking main line to my home. The total time of the engagement was 6 hours and they dug a two feet hole and fixed the PVC pipe that was cracked. The total amount of work done was exactly 3.5 hours and the other nearly 3 hours of time was spent somewhere else as he was not on my property. They charged me $4,875.00 for 3.5 hours actual work and a 3 foot section of schedule 40 PVC and some elbow joints.

That's $1,392 per hour. Joseph lied to his manager about the amount of work he had done (I took pictures and video of all the work) and of course his manager defended him and attempted to bully me throughout the conversation and would not let me finish a single sentence. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as people need to be aware of these kinds of tactics and the bullying demonstrated by the manage Do these sound like people you really want to do business with?

Had a leak in my copper pipe that was repaired. This was after hours (6:00 pm- 9:45 pm). I appreciated that I was able to have this repaired on an emergency basis. Since it was after-hours it was more expensive of course. Service: Leak investigation and repair

The managers are involved and provide personalized service. Since our AC broke down during the hottest season, they even provided portable AC units for the house while they worked on the estimates and scheduled the installation. Richard was super informative and helpful, as well as understanding that I dont understand alot about plumbing. Work to be done once I hopefully located clean out (totally buried in a shed).
