Fantastic service. Called to have them do an annual HVAC system check and cleaning. Brandon was very friendly, professional, efficient, and happy to answer any/all questions I had. The office staff were also very nice when I first called to set up and schedule my appointment. The morning of my appointment, I received an automated text message letting me know that my service technician was on his way which was a nice alert letting me know Brandon was on his way. Highly recommend Regal and will be using them in the future.

Stay away for plumbing, this company took advantage of me. I contracted their services to replace two standard bathroom sink faucets. I supplied the faucets and there were no plumbing issues, just a simple replacement. The Plumber took numerous calls and was in and out of my house and they charged me $500 and claimed it took 4 hours to replace both faucets.

Any experienced Plumber should have easily been able to replace both within 2 hours. I made a complaint directly and the service manager deducted $50, now charging me $450. Any deduction validates that they know they took advantage of the time to complete the replacement. I had another Plumber replace my 3rd faucet and it took 45 minutes. Completely unethical and do not recommend this company for anything related to Plumbing.

Found water leaking through the ceiling in my family room on a Saturday morning. I called Regal Plumbing and in less than 2 hours Kevin was at our home. He was very personable and professional as he went about addressing our problem. Within minutes the leak was stopped, and the suggestion was made to do the actual repair on a weekday when rates are lower.

We certainly appreciated his suggestion! Also, the office staff was very willing to accommodate our request for a quick turnaround due to previously scheduled vacation plans the following week. My husband and I were nothing short of being COMPLETELY happy with every aspect of our experience with Regal Plumbing, Kevin, and the office staff and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of their services! I had a hard gas line installed from the basement, up through the floor, to my gas stove. It took about 90 minutes. Excellent communication with a text informing me the plumber was in route. The plumber was courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after he was finished. I would highly recommend Regal Plumbing and HVAC.

Dan their technician is great! Very helpful, and we appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He did arrive earlier than originally scheduled, so that was a little stressful since we weren't expecting him until later, but it all worked out. We will definitely be using them again. This is the third time that I have used Regal at my home. They are always courteous and professional. They come quickly and their rates are reasonable. I am super impressed with this company and I will be continuing to use them. The plumber today was very Friendly and conversational. I really appreciated how quickly he came and how quickly he fixed the problem. He was more than willing to explain things to me when I had questions. A very polite gentleman and I really appreciated him.

I can't give enough stars! My tank had a severe leak over the weekend. only to find out today it needed replaced. They were so quick and efficient not to mention extremely informative and polite. I am so appreciative they came out as quick as they could. Great company and people would recommend and definitely use in the future thank you so much!

just had a ventless gas heater installed in our garage and regal did an excellent install. couldnt be happier!

Dan G. arrived on time, found the problem right away, and had the parts and equipment necessary to fix the problem immediately. He checked everything out and made sure I was satisfied. I am very happy with the appointment making process and with Dan’s good service. In fact, he and I discussed another job that I have decided to have done by Regal. Thanks, folks! our air conditioner stopped working on sunday (108 heat index) called regal, spoke to a gentleman about my issue, said they would be out that same day. which was awesome! the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Regal will definitely have our business from here on out. Excellent Job, Regal!
