Right Way Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning Inc. was started in 1989 by Ed and Allison Clark, under the name of Right Way Plumbing and Heating. It began as a two-person shop out of the Clark's family garage and provided plumbing and radiant heating. In 1991, Ed decided to bring HVAC to the business because of the growing demand in this area.
We are looking for hard working and outgoing individuals (both journeymen and entry level) to join our Plumbing team. Team members are trained on the job in both commercial and residential applications. Right Way installs performs full service and plumbing installation in single family homes; all the way up to 100+ unit apartment complexes.

They replaced two toilets for us; one we bought from them, the other from Lowes. Everything went the way it was supposed to. The techs were very fast and efficient. The price was right where they said. I've had disastrous experiences with the other two big plumbing companies here in the county. this was nothing like that. These are my go to guys (plumber was actually a woman) now.

Definitely the cheapest price around but you get what you pay for. I had them come in to do a tuneup on my fireplace, tankless hot water heater and furnace. The tech was very nice but not very tidy. He cleaned the fireplace and left debris on the tile in front of the fireplace. When he was working on the hot water heater, the valves were installed backwards and he got water all over the wall and the garage floor but only cleaned about half of it up.
It was definitely a 30 min job that took him about 45 so naturally we got billed for an hour. Finally, when servicing the furnace the tech replaced my 20x25x4 filter with a 20x24x1. I called to inquire if that was satisfactory and was told it would be fine despite the fact that it didn't actually cover the full intake leaving unfiltered air and dirt and dust to enter my furnace.

Right-Way installed a furnace in my home in 2005 and did not leave room for the furnace to be opened to service it. Several times over the years they billed me for service and admitted recently that they could not perform service because they could not access the inside of the furnace. I asked them to correct the installation and sent them documentation of their improper installation but they ignored me. I would sue them to correct it but the statute of limitations has expired.

Very good communication on phone and at site, reviewing project and confirming details with me in advance. Worked diligently, completing within time frame discussed. Invoice was equal to estimate. I was comfortable having these two gentlemen in my residence. I will use this contractor in the future, and recommend their services.

We called in to have our annual furnace service done to prepare for winter. The service technician went above and beyond to make sure our furnace was spotless. He replaced all of the filters, dusted, and scrubbed this thing till it looked almost new. He was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. 5/5 stars and we will be getting any services we need done through them from now on!

Our heating problem was a bit unusual but the first thing I got was "We don't really know anything about your kind of sysyem." But the tech was very friendly and tried his best. I have moved on to another company to solve the problem. This new company discovered that the switch that was replaced by the Right Way tech could not possibly have anything to do with our problem.
I'm not sure that the knowledge base is strong on the heating side for them. We have also had plumbing done by Right Way and have been very satisfied with the quality of the work.

After moving into to our new home (not previously lived in), both Eric (service advisor) and Robert (onsite service tech) were top notch in their friendliness, customer centric, and ability to troubleshoot and locate concern areas. Turns out the Noritz on demand unit was not the issue after all, the valve for the propane tank was not completely "open" and not permitting full propane to reach the Noritz unit.
In both situations Robert was timely, cordial, knowledgeable and brought his own booties. I'd be hard pressed to look for better all around HVAC service. Thank you Eric and Robert.

Booties were not present with both plumbers at different times even though I requested them. After laying my fireplace parts on my white carpet and tile floor I grabbed my own towels to remedy this. Then I caught the man propping my fireplace glass on my trash cans and cleaning with windex instead of a heat glass cleaner. After packing everything up and leaving he returned to announce he had forgotten to turn gas back on in our crawl space.
My fireplace now has a strong chemical smell and can not be used. I called them back to check to no avail. They are more concerned that I refused to pay bill since work was unsatisfactory than actually remedying situation. It became easier to pay them than to have them return to do more damage. Will call someone else that cares about their customers, and their workmanship.
