Called RKM early on a Monday morning in a bit of a pinch. My wife and I had just bought a new washer and dryer (as I thought our old dryer had gone to meet Jesus), only to discover the new one had the same issue due to a clogged dryer vent. Long story short these guys quoted me a fair price, came out same day, we're on time, completely courteous and professional. They cleaned out the dryer vent, made sure everything was working correctly and just overall made the process pain free and easy. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks a lot!

The technician was very helpful on explaining me the issue and diagnosis. Provided me options for rebates and maintenance. Very friendly and I like that he didn't rushed to do the service. The RKM technician Matthew arrived on time and promptly completed his inspection and testing of the AC compressor and attic FAU system. He took the time to explain his findings and observations, showing us pictures to help describe his recommendations and making sure to answer any questions. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. I would unhesitatingly recommend both RKM and Matthew if you're looking for a company and personnel you can rely on for your home AC system.

Our house had to go through mold remediation. One of the scope of work was to get the HVAC vents cleaned & sanitized. I received quotes from 2 other companies recommended by the mold remediation company. I researched other companies to compare rates, reviews & expertise. I decided to go with RKM. The owner responded to my Google text right away. He was very knowledgeable and provided me options that allowed me to select what is most appropriate service that is necessary.
I appreciate the fast response via Google business text messaging. It was convenient & efficient. The guys that did the work were personable and professional. I needed good documentation since the mold was a failed disclosure by the seller. They made sure to take lots of pictures. And top it off, they have fair and competitive pricing. Highly recommend RKM and will continue to use them for all our heating & air maintenance & needs.

Had an amazing experience with this company, they went over everything that was being don to our system before and after everything was complete. They have great customer service and communication. They sent us emails with reminders of tech coming out with the date and time, they also text and call you when tech is in route to your location. Over all it was a great experience and they have an awesome program to keep your systems running smoothly. Great work RKM!

Came right in and fixed the problem. Explained everything and looked for other things that might cause problems in the future. I was pleased enough to pay for their yearly inspection program for heating in winter and cooling in the summer. No hesitation to recommend them to the folks in the community.

Fixed my air conditioning for half of what the other company said. They showed me the real problem and only charged us for what had to be done. The other contractor said it was the wiring and it had to be re ran. They also said the charge would vary depending how long it will take. Not rkm. they will even show you the pricing in there book.

The control for our heater stopped working and we were freezing our rear ends off. I called for an estimate on how much it would cost. The woman who answered the phone was extremely friendly and very confident they could help me. I purchased the Yelp $30 for $50 of work voucher. after the technician arrived. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Our entire system was fixed for less than $80! I couldn't believe it! It is rare in this day and age to find an honest company who does what they say they will do in a timely manner. I recommend this company highly. We also need some work on our air conditioning unit and the quote was hundreds less then I received from any other person. This company deserves an A+

We have been using RKM for several years and always have very honest, reasonable and efficient service. Our AC wasn't working a couple weeks ago and Peter came out and diagnosed a freon leak, which, unfortunately, was not repairable. He was able to give me a quote within moments and set up the appointment for later in the week. On Friday, Adrian and Paul came to install our new unit and did a great job explaining everything and worked very efficiently.
Finally, Matthew was out just yesterday for a dryer vent cleaning (we had never had it done).
All technicians that we've had are very friendly, personable, informative and very professional. I especially like the email quotes, invoices and receipts, as they attach pictures of the whole process. Overall, this company is very honest, efficient and professional. I will not use anyone else.

I did not know who to call, but selcted RKM based on their Google reviews. Working with them was a good experience from the start. When I called at 7:30 a.m. on a cold morning, a real employee, Teresa, anwsered the phone and was pleasant and professional. She set up an appointment for the same day and was able to provide the name of the technician and the approximate time of arrival. Robert Flores arrived on time and also was very professional.
He diagnosed the problem quickly, made sure it would not happen again, and did not try to hustle us for more money or repairs. It's always a risk to work with a company you don't know, and even more risky to have strangers in your house. Working with RKM was pleasant and well worth what we paid. I recommend them highly.

Great Place to work. The best thing about working here is the owner has great integrity. I have never worked at a place where the owner cares so much about how the customers are treated and makes sure that everything is done with such quality. Personally I would feel more than comfortable to recommend anyone to Rkm because I know they will be taken care off. If I didn't move out of state I would still be with this company.

Eric from RKM came out to service our AC unit. He was extremely professional. He found the problem we were having and gave us the best financial way to fix it. He didn't try to cheat us in any way! He fixed the problem and within a few hours, our house was cool! Because of him, we will be with the company for years and years!
