After billing errors by my previous provider I decided to try this company. They charge 5 cents per gallon more but I figured it is a local business and the amount in question is $7.00. They delivered the oil in the promised time frame, but everything from the voices on the phone to the emails with the office manager to the refusal of the person answering the phone to email me a receipt made me think this is a part of Advanced Energy out of Auburn and is not local to the Twin City area.
Their plan was to leave a receipt with my address and the last four digits of my card number on my door when I am not home, which is a security risk, not to mention it would get wet in the snow. I did eventually get an emailed receipt, which is the modern way to go. They have a 150 gallon minimum whereas most places in the area have a 125 gallon minimum, which makes it more burdensome to get a delivery during times like these when oil prices are climbing. Was it worth the extra 5 cents per gallon? Absolutely not.

I've used Rollstone Fuel for many repairs on my heating system, including an expansion tank replacement, control board, new burner, and regular maintenance.
