Greg is a lifelong resident of the northland and today lives in Platte City with his wife and three daughters (none of whom have any interest in taking over the business). We called about our heat pump system and they had a tech out that afternoon. Tyler, our technician, was incredibly thorough. He reviewed the whole system, fixed a few things, and made a recommendation for an upgrade to our system. Top quality service and employees! Less than 4 years ago I spent $10K and had them put in a brand new heating and AC unit so that I would not have to worry about repairs. Since that time they have been out 3 different times at a cost of another $1K to repair the unit. They are not able to provide a reasonable explanation as to why I have had to pay for more repairs in less than 4 years, and keep saying they hope it doesn't happen again. I will not be using them again nor would I recommend their company for any repairs or installation.

Joseph was so good to come out on the weekend in zero temps to fix our heat pump. We had it repaired in September due to cooling issues. A blower motor, etc. were replaced but apparently a wire was not hooked up to make the heat strips work. Joseph was honest about what was wrong and got the heat pump working quickly. He's very professional and answered all questions. Thank you for your help during this bitter cold.

Rob (technician) called me 15 minutes before scheduled time to say he was on his way. He arrived perfectly on time and had my AC unit fixed within 5 minutes. He provided some additional estimates for free. Not only was he one of the most friendly people I've ever met, he was super knowledgeable!
