I highly recommend John Schuebel! He installed our new furnace yesterday and will be back to do our AC in the spring. His prices are on his website and are very reasonable. And much more affordable than the larger companies I got quotes from. His customer service is top notch. John knows his stuff! He's definitely my new go-to for all of my HVAC needs.

I had John service an old furnace many years ago, and when I needed a whole new HVAC system I turned to him. I did get other quotes from bigger outfits, which I believe would have done a great job, but I really trust John Schuebel. A really personable guy who does quality work and cares about what he's doing. If I'm going to have someone in my home, especially for major work, I have to be comfortable with them.
He replaced my home's furnace and A/C system and installed a humidifier in June 2018. Made it an easy process, kindly answered my many questions, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or wasn't appropriate for my home, and provided me good advice. Very pleased with the product and workmanship. I'm very happy with the cost, also. Was much lower than a larger, well-known heating and air conditioning company here in the Twin Cities.
Just a really easy person to work with and put me at ease. Local, hard working, nice guy. Pretty much what everyone looks and hopes for when they hire a service. Will hire him again, if needed. I just have no complaints here.

I woke up this cold December morning to a very cold house. My husband was out of town and all I know about the furnace is where it's located in the house! I wrapped up in a blanket with my 17 month old son and called Schuebels, John picked up even though it was well before their posted hours of operation. He told me that he had a fully booked schedule but that he would be right over before his other appointments.
He was here within the hour and had my furnace fixed with instructions on how to ensure that it doesn't happen again. This is the second time we have called Schuebels in an emergency (first time was when he replaced our furnace) and they have surpassed our expectations both times! I highly highly recommend them without hesitation for all of your HVAC needs!

We reached out to some heating and A/C companies in the Afton area to obtain bids for a new furnace and A/C. John (Schuebel of Schuebel's Heating) was quick to follow up and met us to inspect our current system and determine our needs. He provided a quick and honest bid which came in under or equal to all others all while offering top of the line (Amana) products.
What convinced us to work with Schuebel's was the fact that John himself came to our house to meet us and discuss our needs, provide the quote, custom fabricate any necessary ductwork in his shop prior to installation and ultimately (today) come out and perform the full installation himself. It is a top notch install and we couldn't be happier. Go ahead and have the larger companies come out so you know what they are actually offering with their "up to $XXX off a new furnace" etc. and then ask John to come out and provide a bid and see why I'm taking the time to write this review. Called John after seeing his website. www.schuebels.com Got a quote from another major local company for a furnace and A/C replacement that was very high. John's quote was much lower for a very high quality and high efficiency furnace and A/C. Researched the products he recommended, researched John and his company, and hired him for the job. Call John for all your furnace and A/C needs - repair, replacement, maintenance.
