This company is great! Fixed my AC in 20 minutes. I'm not sure what happened with others but we have gone through this company 2 times and they have always been absolutely amazing. Critical: Professionalism They don't have insurance. Don't let them in or near your home and valuables.

Critical: Responsiveness They advertise 24/7 but when we called the phone answering machine says they won't return a call after 9:00 p.m. until 8:30 a.m. the next day. They need to update their website and information to reflect the truth.

My air conditioner wasn't cooling the house and just running constantly. Seasons told me I needed a whole new air-conditioner for $7000. The next day I called a different company out here and they put coolant in the air-conditioner and that is all it needed. Never ever call seasons Air Conditioning they are a big rip off. I called Seasons when my air conditioner was leaking outside near the roof. They sent out a tech, to my home in Spring, TX, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was over 100 degrees outside and he had no problem going into my attic. I would def. use Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating again.

Superior service! I called at 11:00 am and Hyatt was out to my house at 10:00am the following day! Corrected the minor concern with my thermostat at no charge and cleaned my filters outside and up in the attic. Explained everything and went over pricing. A great value and honest work. Thank you

Matt Roberts was our repair man and was fantastic at communicating with us about what he's was going to do. Our attic was probably 130 degrees but he never complained at all. Do not stand behind their service and products they sale/install. On 5-27-18 Seasons replaced the fan motor on the outside condenser at my home. They installed a Azure digital motor with surge protector. The total charge for parts, labor and service charge was $759.90. On 6-18-19 and only one summer of use the Azure motor stopped working ( it was locked up and humming).

The same service tech who originally installed the motor came out and said he had to reprogram the motor and recommended a surge protector for $280.00. I haven't had any surges at my home and the original invoice says the motor comes with surge protection. I declined the surge protector and he reprogramed the motor. I was charged $69.95 for a service call.

So after paying $760 and only one summer of use, Seasons charged me $70 to service a motor they installed and sold. ( which is already having problems). I was questioning the charge with Jim (the owner) over the phone when he asked me if I work for free at my job then proceeded to hang up on me. Well to finish answering your question Jim. No I don't work for free, but I would never charge someone twice for a product I recently sold them and installed. COMPLETELY UNETHICAL AND A RIPOFF!

Matt Roberts has been our A/C technician for the past few years and find him to be extremely knowledgeable on keeping our A/C and heating unit at peak performance. Called seasons around 2pm after my 17 year old 5ton main unit quit working. They were at my house within an hour and unit needed to be replaced. By 4pm I had 2 service techs show up to start removing the old outside unit and evaporator/plenum/etc from attic while the first serviceman went to get the new equipment. The guys worked without a break till midnight and got the new unit installed. Supervisor came by next morning and did a full inspection of the unit, install and cleanup. 5stars for a quick response, professional install and working thru the night to get my house cooling again.
