We have used the folks at Shriver for years at two different homes. They are always professional, friendly, informative and get the job done on time. We plan to used hem for all of our HVAC needs. Service: Heating system installation

I called a well-known local HVAC company to install a Germicidal UV Light to kill mold spores in my air handler since an inspector recently found mold in air handler. They said I needed a new Air Handler & Heat Pump because he said I had major refrigerant leak. He said my heat was running on emergency heat and would dramatically increase my electric bill. Micah Bell came out this morning and found electrical disconnect for outdoor unit was turned off and why I suddenly didn't have heat or air-conditioning upstairs.

Because of his honesty I did not get Air Handler or Heat Pump replaced when he could have easily not told me the truth and simply bid a lower price than first company and I would have gotten the work done. I am getting a Reme Halo LED UV light installed next week which is what I called original company for because I recently found mold in my air handler.

I had another company clean air ducts and kill major part of mold but wanted to buy UV Light since I have had a chronic cough for over 4 years and suspect this has been part of the issue. I so appreciate Micha's godly character and honesty! Would highly recommend this company to others!

Shriver Mechanical has amazing customer service from the receptionist, to the financing manager Kathy, my service representative Micah Bell, and to Brandon and his crew who installed both of my furnaces and air conditioning units. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, servicemen and they work promptly! My 4 units were ordered and installed within a week!

This company has excellent customer service and the staff are wonderful. We had to have a new HVAC system and the installers were great plus got us installed and house cooling in no time. Every aspect of purchasing our new air conditioner and furnace with Shriver Mechanical was pleasurable, from my conversations with the office staff, to the salesperson and finally with the installers. I even asked for a couple of things to be done differently after the installers arrived and they accommodated my requests. They worked in our install in the middle of July. GREAT company! They were very responsive and sensitive to our needs. After discussing a repair and possible future repairs of an older unit, we decided to buy. The process was easy, the office staff were enjoyable to talk to, and the installation crew was amazing. They even took the time to answer all of the questions from my very curious 5 year old.

I had my ac/heating unit replaced and my rep Jacob from Shriver was a superstar from start to finish. The company is responsive and Jacob was knowledgeable and was able to give me the facts so I was able to easily understand the overall process. His partner was swift and skillful during the installation process as well. I had 3 quotes for the install and Shriver was the cheapest and to be honest the most effective since they didn't give me the FLUFF stuff. I highly recommend them.

Shriver Mechanical put in my HVAC system in 2005. Since then, I have had to call them for service several times, this most recent time being for a breaker that kept tripping, which Keith replaced and checked out my system to make sure everything else was in working order. They show up in a timely fashion, explain everything that is going on without treating me like an idiot, and their pricing is fair.

Everyone in that company is always friendly and courteous, from the person answering the phone to the service guys who do the work. I will always call them for any heating and air needs and I highly recommend them.

I just had my HVAC furnace and coils replaced. Jeff, the owner, was easy to work with on the initial consultation, and Doug, who did my installation, was friendly and did a great job. Their price was very reasonable. I had been recommended to Shriver via someone else who has used them on multiple jobs and highly recommended them. Once I approved the quote, they scheduled an installation time for the very next week.

My furnace was located in a cramped attic space underneath low beams - a very tough installation. They worked long hours and did an awesome job of getting everything installed quickly. I highly recommend checking with Shriver Mechanical for your next HVAC project.

I cannot say enough kind words about Shriver Mechanical. To make a long story short, they saved me thousands of dollars by being honest. Another company's technician had told me I needed a my unit rebuilt to the tune of over $3,000. David, from Shriver Mechanical, informed me that the reverse valve was stuck, the part was under warranty, and I didn't need a rebuild.

He freed the valve until the new part could be installed in a couple of days. I ended up spending a couple hundred of dollars and they have been my go to company ever since. Shriver Mechanical won't jerk you around and charge you for work that isn't needed. Imagine that, an honest company with integrity.
