Highly recommend! I didn't expect same day service during one of the hottest weeks of the year but I called hoping for the best and I'm impressed! We needed our coils cleaned and we were good to go. My husband and I really appreciated the clear communication throughout the whole service. Thank you so much!

Marty was out earlier than I expected! (Sorry about one of my dogs being overprotective of us!) He quickly found the issues, showed and explained them to me, and provided an estimate prior to fixing the issue. Not only did he fix it correctly, he took steps to prevent future issues by repairing shoddy wiring done previously. As someone with an electronics background, I can attest that he was not trying to hoodwink me into paying for parts and services I didn't need. I'll happily have him back to do maintenance in the spring.

Singer Heating and Cooling has done service work for me and now has replaced my entire HVAC system in the house. First the service work. Marty is a one man shop and is very knowledgeable and does quality repairs and service. Have known him now for two plus years and watching him work he was my go to man to replace my system. Marty has always been upfront and honest with my wife and I which continues to ensure we take our business to him.

After our AC unit quit working. I called Marty Singer and he was in our driveway within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and had the unit repaired within an hour. His service was greatly appreciated since the temps were in the mid 90's. I highly recommend Marty Singer.

Marty replied promptly to our request for service. Our AC wasn't working and he explained the possiblities for the refrigerant leak, and the probabilities of success with recharge. Marty was very forthcoming with explanations and recommendations, and we were very confident in choosing to recharge the unit, rather than replace it, which is what the other company proposed.

Marty came to service our 2 Heat Pump units. 1 was fine - but the second one needed a new heating element. He sourced the part, but the supplier in Knoxville gave him the wrong item. Marty went to Knox to return the wrong part for the good part - and he came back to install it ASAP. Great service - we love the heat now!

Marty was prompt and serviced our A/C system in our home. He adjusted the coolant level to what it should have been set at from the previous company who set it wrong. He is professional, friendly and explains every step of the way. I am very happy to have Singer Heating and Cooling to handle our A/C and our Gas heater!

Very professional, efficient and friendly. Our home warranty fell short of their purpose but when we called Marty he was on the ball. He got right back to us and within a few days we have a new system and the price was very nice. Even made sure our other system would keep us cool till we got our new system.The system works great. We noticed that something was wrong with our unit one week prior to family coming in from out of town for Thanksgiving. I called Singer Heating and Cooling and he was able to come to our house that day to look at the unit. We needed a new unit but Marty also gave us the option of replacing the coils with the understanding that this would buy us a little time.

We opted to replace the unit on Monday and he had it ordered and put in by Wednesday (only because Tuesday didn’t work for us!). Marty also installed a smart thermostat (not purchased through Singer) for us once he finished with the unit. We found him to be highly professional and thorough. I definitely recommend Singer Heating and Cooling and will be using this service for future maintenance needs.

Mr. Singer installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning system for us. He did a great job for a fair price and is very knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend him to anyone who needs some HVAC work done.

Marty Singer was very prompt, professional and most important, knowledgeable when it came to evaluating and repairing our two air conditioning units. He first repaired what was immediately wrong with one of the units and let us know the cost upfront. He then evaluated both units and told us what should be done now and what could be done later if we wanted to preserve the life of the units.

He informed us of the price upfront before proceeding and kept us informed of the progress along the way. He also taught us how to continue maintenance of the units and what we could do to keep them running efficiently. I can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge and affordability. Marty from Singer Heating and cooling is great. He responded quickly and discussed all options available to fix or replace my unit. Ultimately we had to replace my entire unit, which he did the very next day. He is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I called Marty with Singer Heating and Cooling for a replacement estimate due to my unit not cooling the house. I had been having issues with the unit for a few years. He arrived on time and gave me a replacement estimate. Marty offered to charge our current unit to help cool the house until the new unit could be installed. Marty arrived a few days later to install the unit.

He scheduled installation on a Sunday, which i don't believe any other company would have done. This kept me from having to take additional time off of work for an install, and was greatly appreciated. In the midst of a heat wave, my AC stopped cooling. I called Singer Heating and Cooling and, to my surprise, was told that Marty would be at my house within 1 hour! He came in less than an hour, quickly located the problem, and replaced a faulty part. He was finished in about half an hour. I was so pleased with the friendly, efficient, and prompt service. Five stars for sure!

Our unit went out on Saturday around 11 a.m.. Andy called a couple of places. Marty called right back and said he could come right after lunch. He got here about 12:30 quickly found the problem, repaired it and was finished by 2:30 He was very professional and reasonable for an emergency weekend call.
