Called Snell at 8 am on a Tuesday to clear out my sewer main that was backed up. Receptionist told me someone would call me back to set up a time. 2 pm someone finally called back and wanted to head over right away. I get off from work at 2:30 so I told him 2:45-3 would work better. He said he would call me back and never did. I tried calling him with no answer.
By the time I was able to get a hold of another plumber he wasn't able to come out until the next day. Now I have to tear up flooring in my basement because of water damage on top of the plumbing bill. Don't use these guys. There's better plumbers in town.
