Southwest Heating & Air Conditioning Service

Every spring, before it gets hot outside, we have our AC inspected. Today was a routine visit by a tech to make sure everything was working properly. I spoke with Lisa in the office, and she was pleasant and helpful. Michael Boyle came out and spent about 1 1/2 hours at my home, checking out the compressor outside, and the blower on the furnace, and he was VERY thorough.

He took the time to explain things to me, to show me readings on his equipment, to warn me of possible issues down the road. There is no doubt in my mind that he knew what he was doing, and that he checked out EVERYTHING, and sincerely wanted to give me all the options needed in order for me to make some sound decisions going forward. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. If you call them, ask for Michael! Great service from a great company!

I highly recommend southwest heating and cooling. I was impressed with the entire process beginning to end. I filled out an appointment request on their website and was contacted the next day to set up and appointment. A few days later the tech came out and told us we needed a total replacement of our furnace and AC unit. He could not have been nicer.

He took the time to fully explain everything and all of our options. Once we agreed, service was schedule within days. They contacted frequently with updates on arrivals and confirmations. The crew, lead by Jesus Gomez, was exactly on time(actually a few min early), were extremely friendly and informative, not to mention clean and detail oriented.

Once the install was finished, he took the time to show me everything and explain how the new system works. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

Jesus Gomez did a terrific job of installing my new furnace and air conditioner. It was a big job and if not done right could shorten the life and affect the efficiency of the system. Upgraded from a swamp cooler to AC, but had to replace our original 50 year old furnace. Decided to get a new hot water heater at the same time. So, kept Jesus and Rony busy the entire day. They were hard workers and a great team. From the time I called for an estimate, things moved quickly (our first meeting at home was on Friday and we scheduled the install for Tuesday). Not the least expensive quote, but everything moved smoothly and though it has only been a few hours we are happy with our decision.

Angel, who has serviced our HVAC unit before, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing so I could do much of it without calling the next time. Michael was the technician who did an HVAC inspection for us. He was timely in his arrival and polite in conversation. Hew was able to complete a thorough inspection of our equipment and great at explaining his finding to us. We were very please with his professionalism and care for both our place of business and equipment he was inspecting.

I called expecting to have to schedule out several days but was surprised to be able to schedule a technician for the next day. The technician was very prompt and professional. He knew the furnace and was able to troubleshoot the problem. Michael B was very pleasant to work with and there was no high pressure sales, just simple and informative.

Had an induction fan break. Mike was great, explained options ranging from repair to replacement and gave good insights as to why for each item. Needed to do a repair to get heat going and will strongly consider his guidance for a near term replacement. Overall satisfied with the immediate outcome and would recommend him for a consult should you need a repair.

I had my hot water heater replaced. I have used Southwest Heating and AC in the past. I received a text letting me know Rony would be at my house. He took great care - putting down drop cloths, he worked efficiently and did a great job. He even checked my humidifier filter for me. I would recommend this company for sure!

My heater went out and they actually showed up early. Michael was very professional and protected us by wearing a mask, social distancing and was able to control the unit from outside. I hate this place. I spent over 15k with this company 6 months ago in a new furnace and AC system. The install itself was a huge cluster, I was on the phone multiple times with the owner. Now on the coldest weekend of the year my brand new furnace doesn't work and it's 55 degrees in my house and nothing I can do about it. They have an emergency phone number on the furnace, but nobody answers the phone.

It is new years day, so I understand being closed. But. Why advertise have a 24 hour emergency service when you don't. This is the worst place ever in the planet. Please do not spend your money with this company.

I called Southwest Heating and Cooling because I saw a truck on my street. Lisa was able to contact Michael and instead of waiting a week they came right over when their other job was complete. Michael was able to give me a quote on the work and scheduled me to have it done the next day. I thought the entire company communicated well and were quick to respond to my needs. Met the owner, Mike, and he recommended that we get our furnace inspected before winter. His staff set up an appointment for us right away and made sure it was the best time that worked for us and our schedules. The technician that came out, Angel, called ahead of time and gave us his exact ETA so we knew when to expect him. They gave us a 2 hour window for the appointment and he got here right at the beginning of that window so we were not waiting around.

He was very professional and personable. It was clear he was super knowledgeable about furnaces yet he was still able to easily explain what he was seeing and doing the whole time. He went above and beyond. Easy to say that for any of our future furnace and AC needs we will be using Southwest Heating and Cooling!

They did exactly what they said they would do and on time. Mike was excellent at walking me thru options available to us at time of inspection and estimate.
