Worked with Nick at Specialty Heating and cooling to replace our furnace and AC at a rental property. Nick was great to deal with, gave us a competitive bid, and was awesome at following up with us. The installation team was highly professional and did a terrific job. I highly recommend these guys for your furnace and AC needs. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Owning a childcare facility during the COVID-19 pandemic posed several distinct challenges for us when it came to installations. These circumstances added an extra level of complexity and made the task more laborious. However, our technicians Austin and Shane displayed exceptional patience amidst the chaos and diligently adhered to the necessary social distancing protocols. I must commend them as the best technicians I have ever had for installing an appliance. Their commendable work is truly praiseworthy. Great job!

I can't say enough about Kurt from Specialty Heating and Cooling!! Our heat pump went out and we are supposed to reach 107 degrees or higher today. Kurt fixed the issue, and was on his way in less than an hour. We waved goodbye as Superman left the driveway! Thank you Kurt for fitting us in and being GREAT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Thanks sorry much for fixing our A/C! The tech was communicative regarding his arrival time. Then he double checked his original diagnosis with the notes from their last visit and ended up being something different than he thought and was then able to fix it on the spot. I appreciated the attention to detail and above and beyond service!

Our A/C died yesterday when it was 90+ degrees and we have a 7week old newborn; needless to day it was a rough night. We submitted an online request for service with Specialty H&C last night as it was past their normal hours. They called and left a voicemail 2 minutes after they opened this morning at 7:32am. I returned their call about 90 minutes later and spoke with Cathy and was told that they were booked a week out.

I expressed my concern with the hot weather and having a newborn and asked if they could recommend any other companies in the area as we could not wait that long. They put my on a cancellation list and said they would call if something came up and I also scheduled an appointment for the next availability. I got off the phone and and starting calling other companies all of which were booked up but willing to put me on waiting lists.

While on the phone with other companies not even 10 minutes later I received a call from Cathy saying they could come today between 10am-2pm! I was thrilled. Matt, the technician, arrived about 90 minutes from the time of my initial call. Our capacitor was broken but he replaced it and the A/C was working in less than an hour and it only cost $250 for the call, part, labor.

I also got an estimate for a thermostat replacement and some maintenance of our furnance/AC which we need as well, but because they were so busy I said we could do it at a later time; I was just so happy that they could fix our A/C the same day! Everyone was soo nice and understanding! Our little baby is now comfortable in our air conditioned home and we will continue to use Specialty H&C in the future for sure!
