Crews were here for three days replacing our ducts. Without exception everyone of the men were extremely polite and helpful in every way. Also there was always a supervisor checking on things and explaining to us what they were doing. We would recommend Standard to anyone!!

The best experience I've ever had with a HVAC maintenance or repair. The technician even checked the warranty without my requesting it.
On June 30, 2014 my air conditioner quit working. I made an after-hours service call to your company. I would like to commend the service technician, Eddie Jackson, for an excellent job. He is one of the best technicians that i have come in contact with in a long time.
Shortly after i made the call, he called me to let me know he was on another service call and would be out as soon as possible. He arrived promptly and checked out my air conditioner. As you know with the tempertures in the 90s, your air conditioning is very important. He advised me that it eas frozen and he could not repair it until the next day.
He arrived the next morning and repaired my air conditioner. He did an outstanding job. He took the time to advise me about some things i could do to keep my air conditioner running efficiently. He also mentioned a service contract that would help keep my air conditioner in proper running order. He installed a new thermostat and enrolled me in your service program.
I was impressed with Mr Jackson. Not only was he professional in his job, but he went above and beyond to help me understand what i could do to improve the performance of my air conditioner. He spent the time to explain some things to me that i was not aware fo and i appreciated his advice.
Being a single woman, i need assistance and advice with equipment such as air conditioner. This is something that i am not familiar with and i really appreciated him taking the time to assist me. I am sure you are aware of his outstanding abilities, but i just wanted you to know how much i appreciate him and Standard Heating and Air Conditioning. Excellent service from our Standard team! They were able to come help us when we needed it most, were always on time and very professional. While it was disappointing that we needed a new unit, the team helped make it as painless as possible. Phillip Ozbolt did our installation, and he was so polite and considerate throughout the process. He took pride in his work, and I trust that he took good care of us. Dillon came out to our home last Friday; I couldn't have asked for anything better. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was very efficient in his work whole also taking the time to appease my toddler who wanted his attention.
The most pleasant surprise was after I flippantly mentioned that we'd have to female to keep the overhead garage door light on as the bulb, located high up on the ceiling, something which I cannot reach and with my husband still overseas, has fallen by the wayside. Dillon, without hesitation, insisted on grabbing his ladder to change it for me as long as I had a lightbulb. It took all of 3 minutes but meant so much to me and made a huge impression about his willingness to go way above and beyond. He was so respectful, even saying that he wouldn't have wanted me to climb that high to change the bulb. These are the types of things that keep us coming back. We will definitely work with Dillon again. Thanks again for great service, from support staff in the office as well.
I’m a happy customer. Technicians are polite and careful, they arrive on time and explain any issues they find. I believe the seasonal service visits are helping my old systems run longer than they would without attention.
The guy they sent out was super friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. My air conditioning unit is a lot older and has so many more wires than the new ones. He spent about 30-45 minutes and fixed it. My neighbors explained that most guys don't know about my air consconditio unit since it's so old but this guy got it up and working.
I'm very thankful and he was very nice.
