Brad was very courteous and professional. I trusted him to fix the plumbing for both of my tubs. He says they are now fixed. In a few days, I plan to use one of the tubs and see for myself.

I had an issue with a shutoff valve. When I first called Amanda was very responsive and connected me with the plumber, Brad. He came right out and quickly fixed the problem. Brad explained everything he did an advised me on proper maintenance. I had a great experience.

Standard just installed a garbage disposal for me that I had purchased separately. The service representative told me that it would be $89 service charge plus any required parts. After the job was done, they charged me $380! Shane did a great job and finished within an hour, but the fees this company charges are OUTRAGEOUS! Take your business elsewhere if looking for transparency and value. EDIT: At least they offered a discount when they saw this review. +1 star, but I'm still unhappy with their pricing transparency.

I used this company for a plumbing need. The whole experience was very positive - - from my initial phone call, to the plumber (Brad) coming exactly when they said he would, to him being very professional and Covid conscious, and to him explaining things to me clearly. He completed the job in a relatively short period of time at a fair price.

Standard is excellent. Darryl, the technician who serviced our units, was professional, thorough, timely and just plain nice! The dispatcher on Saturday was also so nice and efficient -- I was so thankful we were getting same day service and she was great about calling back with an expected time of arrival. I had Justin and Javion come out and replace all of my ductwork. It was a really taxing job and they both executed it flawlessly. They wanted to do it right and make sure everything looked good. It wasn't even listed in the job but they patched up some of my return duct to prevent moisture from getting in. These guys know what they are doing and are transparent through the whole process.

I do not recommend this business. I have had 4 toilets break with the same issue in the past 6 months. It cost another plumber $220 to fix the two downstairs toilets earlier this year. He was not available to fix the two upstairs, so I decided to try this company. The Standard technician told me the repair would cost $580. He was at my house for about three minutes and I had to pay $79 even though I did not have him make the repair.

The other plumber came back out once he had availability and fixed both upstairs toilets for $220. Standard's pricing is not competitive. Save your $79 service charge and call someone else.

I wasn't provided a specific time for servicing, however they showed up at 9:05 am. Darryl was extremely professional. He was in a mask and shoe booties. He took his time checking all the components. He was honest with the issues and showed pictures of his concerns. I was appreciative that he didn't push any services on me, but provided a quote with various options and let me decide.

Once I selected my maintenance requests, he got to work. His attention to detail was on point. Once maintenance was complete he spent quite a bit of time cleaning the systems up. He even went in to bend back tiny bits of metal that were catching the air filter. I was initially going to have the ducts cleaned as well however the appraiser (Daniel) came out, coordinated Darryl and advised the ducts were relatively clean. I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and detail in their work. Highly recommend.

Came out immediately and fixed our problem! Only charged is the service fee. They are available after hours! The tech was timely and courteous. Wore gloves,booties, and a face mask. Very pleased!

Called you n the afternoon on a Friday, had a service worker there within 40-45 minutes, service person said we needed a new a-cool and outside condenser unit. Cost estimator called, knew what kind of equipment we needed, gave us a couple options. Price was reasonable for a name brand unit. After agreeing on which level of unit we were interested in, had install crew there the following workday and we had air back on within just a few hours. Really professional company, it seems they are all committed to a happy outcome. Highly, highly recommend Standard Heating & Air to anyone in need of their service!

I have used Standard for all my general maintenance and repair in my HVAC and plumbing for years and have always been well pleased. Yesterday I had a major repair on my sewer line and the end result was remarkable! Curtis is a wizard when it comes to puzzling the repair together as well as diagnosing how to solve the initial problem. We ultimately ended up with a 4 foot deep hole in my yard to get to the broken pipe while Curtis dodged my water and gas line to get to it, he is truly a gifted plumber! Brandon was incredible as well, doing alot of the grunt work in 95 degree heat and never wavering! Rick the backhoe operator is a master at gingerly exposing the pipes as well as dressing up the spot once the fix was completed. Porter Hutto and Darby Hale were super helpful in explaining what would happen and offering advice on options. Curtis and Brandon went above and beyond all expectations and I am thankful for the efforts of all involved. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber or HVAC professional.

The guy they sent out was super friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. My air conditioning unit is a lot older and has so many more wires than the new ones. He spent about 30-45 minutes and fixed it. My neighbors explained that most guys don't know about my air consconditio unit since it's so old but this guy got it up and working. I'm very thankful and he was very nice.

I’m a happy customer. Technicians are polite and careful, they arrive on time and explain any issues they find. I believe the seasonal service visits are helping my old systems run longer than they would without attention.

Dillon came out to our home last Friday; I couldn't have asked for anything better. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was very efficient in his work whole also taking the time to appease my toddler who wanted his attention. The most pleasant surprise was after I flippantly mentioned that we'd have to female to keep the overhead garage door light on as the bulb, located high up on the ceiling, something which I cannot reach and with my husband still overseas, has fallen by the wayside. Dillon, without hesitation, insisted on grabbing his ladder to change it for me as long as I had a lightbulb.

It took all of 3 minutes but meant so much to me and made a huge impression about his willingness to go way above and beyond. He was so respectful, even saying that he wouldn't have wanted me to climb that high to change the bulb. These are the types of things that keep us coming back. While it was disappointing that we needed a new unit, the team helped make it as painless as possible. Phillip Ozbolt did our installation, and he was so polite and considerate throughout the process. He took pride in his work, and I trust that he took good care of us. On June 30, 2014 my air conditioner quit working. I made an after-hours service call to your company. I would like to commend the service technician, Eddie Jackson, for an excellent job. He is one of the best technicians that i have come in contact with in a long time. Shortly after i made the call, he called me to let me know he was on another service call and would be out as soon as possible.

He arrived promptly and checked out my air conditioner. As you know with the tempertures in the 90s, your air conditioning is very important. He advised me that it eas frozen and he could not repair it until the next day. He arrived the next morning and repaired my air conditioner. He did an outstanding job. He took the time to advise me about some things i could do to keep my air conditioner running efficiently.

He also mentioned a service contract that would help keep my air conditioner in proper running order. He installed a new thermostat and enrolled me in your service program. I was impressed with Mr Jackson. Not only was he professional in his job, but he went above and beyond to help me understand what i could do to improve the performance of my air conditioner.

He spent the time to explain some things to me that i was not aware fo and i appreciated his advice. Being a single woman, i need assistance and advice with equipment such as air conditioner. This is something that i am not familiar with and i really appreciated him taking the time to assist me. I am sure you are aware of his outstanding abilities, but i just wanted you to know how much i appreciate him and Standard Heating and Air Conditioning. He is an outstanding representative of your company.
