I have read the negative reviews from people on this site. I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! I have been dealing with this company for over 20 years. They have been NOTHING but professional, responsive and courteous. I have a;ways been treated like family. Even during after hours or weekends, I always get a response! The price is fair and competitive, but the service I receive is priceless.
The technicians are well trained and professional. They always arrive on time and do their job well. I would NEVER recommend any company but this one for your HVAC, maintenance or service needs. Five stars all around! Great job guys, keep it up!

If we could give this place 0 stars it would not be sufficient. Dishonest unreliable poor service and to top it off disrespectful. Be very careful for your business especially if you have a restaurant do not trust this company. They were supposed to come in for warranty to work on a refrigerator didn't do any of the work on the warranty work that was supposed to be completed.
They then just evaluated other equipment to fix and gave a quote 10k to fix other equipment without completing the actual work we asked them to come in for. Jeff Baker was the service person and Mike Newman one of the owners are not people to do business with

This company was contracted to service air conditioning units in my building in New York City. They took advantage of the trust that was given to them by the management of the building and my allowing them to work on my AC units while I wasn't home. So under the pretense of cleaning the AC units the employees of the company decided to help themselves to some loose cash that was inadvertently left on a night stand next to the AC unit. These people steal money when given the opportunity to work in someone's home. Home owners and building managers BE WARE! This company employs thieves and lowlifes.
