Stay AWAY! This company is a SCAM! They will charge your card even if you NEVER authorize it! They have NO professionals - only Sales associates! They tried to sell me a "maintenance kit" for $790! I purchased it few days later for $54.99 + $36.79 for cleaning Tool! (Take a look at the Image) I have 9 year old Weil-McLain. Called and ordered maintenance.

Fully equipped "technician" came with iPad - I am absolutely honest - NO TOOLS - IPad - looked at my unit and informed me: "You need to order a maintenance kit for $790! and we will do service for $300" AND His recommendation was "Do it every other year" CAN you CALCULATE my "investment" in this Unit! Of course I asked "technician" to go. BTW - my "damage" - credit card charge for $158 - BUT I saved will save a LOT!

Junior came to my house to service my boiler. He was tremendously polite and professional, explained everything to me clearly, and didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need. In fact, all my interactions with Jim (the owner) and his team have been extremely positive! They are a friendly and customer focused business and I highly recommend them.

When my wife and I moved into our Townhouse 13 years ago, I took note of the HVAC system and how neat and professional the work that was done to install the system. Stashluk HVAC was the sticker on the Furnace. I needed a new complete HVAC system since mine was over 16 years old. It took 1-1/2 days to install. Humberto (aka-Junior), Louis, Terrell and Steve showed up on the first day with drop cloths to spread upon entering and wherever they had to walk and really attacked the job.

They were very friendly, professional and very neat about the installation. Junior was a great leader and delegated the work to keep everyone busy. Junior and Steve needed a few hours on day 2 to complete the work. I highly recommend Stashluk for any HVAC needs. They explain everything if you care to know and they left my basement cleaner than when they started. I might add that any time you call the office the response is friendly and enthusiastic. I signed up for the yearly a/c checkup and their service representative came today. His name is Junior and he took time to explain all the service details. I'm not an expert but now I'm informed about new ways to take care of my units. Also, Junior gave me information to prevent water pump backup by showing me how to clean the pumps. I'm so happy with his professionalism and willingness to teach.

I've been using Stashluk for several years after going through a few other plumbers. They are hands down the most professional crew around. They show up on time, they explain things clearly, they're honest (they've talked me out of things when they could have easily upsold me), they quotes commit to the quotes they provide, and they clean up when they're done. Stashluck installed mini-split units for us as part of our basement renovation. They've also installed a standby generator for our home. We've called on Stashluk whenever we've had a problem with the existing HVAC in our home. The quality of their work is first rate. Their technicians are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The price of $400.27 to unclog a toilet in less then 1 minute is ridiculous. Unless you are going to clean inside the tank and my whole bathroom!

Let me start by saying Stashluk did install a new water heater and over flow tank at my parents place. $2000-2500 if I remember properly. They did the work properly but they are extremely expensive. After the installation we were still having a leak coming from pressure overflow pipe. They came back and said the pressure value from the street in the garage was faulty and that would be another $1000/3 hrs labor. After that we called another licensed plumber who did it in 1 hour/$400. Stachluk work ok just very very pricey.

If you want to spend over four hundred dollars to have your drain snaked these are your guys.

Courteous and professional service. Sebastian, the technician, took the time to answer all questions and took obvious pride in his work. I even received a call prior to the appointment to inform me that the technician I had requested would not be available, and I was asked if it was acceptable to send someone in his place; this is great customer service and not particularly common in companies these days.

This is our second very positive experience with Stashluk, and based on their performance thus far, we definitely plan to use them for our future heating and air conditioning service. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. My large rooftop HVAC stopped working in the middle of Jan and my business was without heat. Stashluk had a brand new unit installed in two days. The price was extremely competitive with no extra charges for next day service. The owner Jim personally came out to talk to me and explained my repair vs replacement options. Then he personally made sure I had a new unit the next day. The service and price was the best in the industry.

Just had Stashluk come today to do a quick once-over on our AC units. Great service, friendly, ahead of schedule and well-priced. I believe you get what you pay for so if you want quality service it may cost a little extra. Best part was that the technician said to call anytime if I have a problem and believe he meant it. Not to be gullible but just felt the service was more personable that other companies we've used.

I used Stashluk just last week to have AC repair work done. The last service repair was performed by Weltman. I regret not using them again! More so for the explanation and detail of how they came about for the price of your work completed. When I asked initially for a cost/labor breakdown I was told by an office employee that he had to speak with the technician and finance dept.

I left my contact information to follow up with me on status. Never heard back. I called back for the second time and was told by another office employee "We just charge a flat rate". Overall, I think it was a very unprofessional experience never mind the co$t of the repair. I won't be using them again.

Stashluk was great when fixing our very old AC unit. We were in a bind when our unit broke in the middle of the summer. They were on time, professional and very knowledgable. The price was affordable and our AC unit is running great. The tech also gave my husband some tips on how to maintain the unit. I highly recommend them!

Stashluk provides professional service but, unfortunately, the past reviews are spot on - way too expensive. I just can't justify 430 dollars for a kitchen faucet install that took 45 minutes. : Be sure to read the reviews that Yelp's robot deemed "not recommended" for similar thoughts.

We were very disappointed by how expensive Stashluk was for a small plumbing job. It was a scheduled visit during the week, not an emergency, yet we were charged hundreds of dollars for such a quick job. We will never use them again.

The WORST customer service ever. Never returned phone calls and was a no show on 2 appointments. On the third, which was scheduled for noon, call the company and they say that no we were scheduled for 4. Went elsewhere.

These crooks tried scamming me. First they charged me $300 just for coming to the house and telling me what I had already told them - that the furnace fan was broken. Then they told the old story of the part being extremely hard to find. Then of course they said that part was very high cost. I found my part in 10 minutes for $150 when they said it was $500. I did the installation in ten minutes (and I am a complete novice) when they quoted $1000 for it. Stay away!
