Temp Right Service Inc. was founded in 1977 by Charlie and Shirley Campfield to serve the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration service needs of Western Montana. In 1989, Charlie and Shirley retired and the business was operated by Ted, an employee of ten years, and his wife, Mary Bergsieker.
Our goal with every client is to establish and build a long-term relationship. This relationship is built on our client's trust that we as a company have and keep to the highest standards in the HVAC industry throughout the entire lifespan of the project and years of ongoing maintenance. We're growing and need talented HVAC-R Technicians, Installers, Plumbers, and Leaders to satisfy our customer's needs.

We were so impressed with their timeliness. We had two other businesses and neither of them bothered to call back or even send an estimate. Temp Right showed up when they said they would, gave us an estimate before they left, scheduled the electrician, showed up on time for the install and did a fine job of the install. They were quick to respond to questions I had via email prior to the install. I really have nothing negative to report. Highly recommended.

I want to start this off by saying they're the 3rd company to come out here and the only one to do the job right. We were referred by Sutton after receiving a quote for over a thousand dollars to replace a zone pump that was malfunctioning (the pump itself is only $69 online). When I disagreed with the service tech (and had to kick him out for not wearing any mask/gloves/booties and bringing his 5 year old kid into my house without asking during a pandemic) I decided to get a second opinion.
Everyone at Temp Right was amazing and responsive. Justin came out in full pandemic gear and diagnosed the problem in minutes validating my opinion that the previous tech was wrong and their diagnosis was incorrect. A service call charge later and our heat is on! These guys are great and they have our business from now on!

After waiting 4 weeks for them to make a service call they called me with 30 minutes notice for them to be at my house. Then charged me $180 to tell me my Water Furnace was not worth fixing that we should just replace the whole unit. I wonder how long it will take them to get up here to give me a quote. I don't feel like it needs to be replaced they just want me to spend more money. Do not use this company for anything.
