They came out to service right away, but after repairs, they kept changing their mind on what was wrong. They have been out 4 times, and it still isn't working. The unit is only 5 years old. Everytime i called them out, they charged me another service call, even though it was for the same problem. And everytime they decided that it was yet a different problem than the first.

I guess i don't mind paying for parts, but to continue to get hit with service calls and labor charges seems ridiculous. And of course, to date, it still is not working. I would think someone would contact me and try and work this out. BUT, they just keep sending someone out, billing me and the unit still does not work. Very poor service quality in my opinion and i will not recommend them to anyone.

The parts department was very courteous and responsive to my request. They were knowledgeable of my request and definitely offered an excellent solution. 5 stars for sure Service: Repair HVAC
