- I would recommend this business
Just had a yearly checkup on our system and they found a significant problem. They explained our options and cost and left it up to us to decide how to move forward. We decided to replace the 14 year old system and could not be happier with how professional the installation went and the new equipment. Would highly recommend Touchton’s for your A/C needs. They are honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.

Great service. You need to heat up or cool down this is the company to go with. Make you feel like family and take care of your needs if there are any issues. Thank you for taking care of my heat and cold issues life long customer for me.
I will never use anyone else to repair my AC! After dealing with several other HVAC contractors in the Lake City area Touchton's is by far the best around and it's not even close. I called their office yesterday about getting someone out to my house to look at my AC and within minutes the owner called me back and told me one of his technicians would be there in about an hour. 30 minutes later the technician arrived and quoted me some prices on a new system and was able to fix my old AC and have my house cool in no time. I will be purchasing a new system from them in the next few weeks.
Very prompt, reasonable and awesome to work with. Thank you for great service!

Jan had spent the previous five years working for other companies in the same industry. During that time he gained more experience & knowledge in this field that already came so naturally to him. His next mission was to build a place where customers and employees alike were treated fairly and with dignity & respect. Jan borrowed one hundred dollars from his Dad and purchased the licensing required to begin building his company. The first three years as a new business owner Jan worked, alongside his wife Sarah, and ran their company out of their home.
