Moonie’s company installed our heating and air conditioning unit more than twelve years ago. We got his name from a home referral agency that is probably not in service anymore. They promptly came. He diagnosed the problem, realized the unit was old, and replaced it. He comes twice a year to service it. He’s always conscientious about wearing dirty shoes on my carpet so he puts on booties. He’s always very honest with us.
If he’s ever going to be late for service, he always calls. If we need to reschedule, he’s always accommodating to that. I only have positive things to say. I recommend them.

This was my first time using Tropical Heating and Air. They repaired a instant hot water heater. There were a few complications along the way, but they did a great job. They were very responsive and totally responsible. You could rely on them to get the job them. Moonie’s willingness to come and stand by the work as well as make repeated trips and make himself available was great. He’s a very nice man.

Most AC service I had encountered would always try sell this or that but Tropical Heating and Air Conditioning never gave me that experience. Their technician cam and fix my AC… nothing more. He did such a good job. He even showed me how he fixed the problem and helped me understand how it happened. A few weeks ago, my A/C in my house stopped working... I called muliple companies to come out and take a look. One of them was Tropical Heating & Air... out of the 4 companies to come out and give me a quote Tropical was the only one with a reasonable price. Not only was he on time, but they also sent out the owner to take a look. Moonie was very nice and well mannered, and helped me get my problem solved very quickly.
