I have been a customer of True Mechanical for 5 years. I had 2 new systems put into my homes, with both retro fit and new duct, and ductless. They have always been very accommodating with scheduling and the work has always been top notch. I would recommend True to anyone who needs a dependable service company for their heat and a/c. If I could give 0 stars. they have employees who are rude nasty not trust worthy. I was at a neighbor's were the service was screaming and threatening someone. I would never use a company like this and hopefully anyone that reads this doesn't use them either.

This company has rude and nasty Tec help. I was at a home on juliagoldbach Ronkonkoma and a Tec from started to scream at the person. it got so bad that police came. if your thinking of using them I would not recommend them. the company doesn't even care. I called to tell them and they haven't called.

As a new homeowner, I searched long and hard for a reputable shop to install and maintain my new central a/c system. True Mechanical was the company I picked. That was 6 years ago. They installed a whole central air system in my cape in 2 days ... and All worked as advertised. A year ago I moved. With my new home, I had them replace the builders Goodman's with New high efficiency Rheem units, new ductless for the basement and the garage...with fresh air exchange and both whole house humidifier and separate dehumidifiers it's all state of art.

I love the setup. Love the company for delivering on great solutions and service. Always courteous, professional and reasonable. I would, have had and will recommend to anyone needing a piece of mind.

Horrible customer service! Called to contact an employee regarding services rendered, secretary was unaccommodating, unprofessional, and extremely rude! I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me! Not a great representation of the company. Very bad experience!
