Mike Lotts from Ultimate Heating and Air is very knowledgeable and responsive. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace and determined the correct solution to get the heat back on. His service was thorough and he explained the current state of the system and the warranty from the manufacturer along with the maintenance options that will hopefully minimize future disruptions. Great customer service and very personable. It was my first day in a new home and experience bad condensation leaking around the furnace. Later to find out the drain hose was left off by the home inspector. I called ultimate because they had just serviced the unit a few months prior and they repaired the leak free of charge. Great company!

The entire team down to the admins in the office are excellent. Very helpful & very quick to address my concerns. Chris (and I think Brandon was his name) sent me an ETA text before arriving & were on time. They took care of my new furnace maintenance & in addition answered any questions I had. We are in the process of remodeling & we will have extra construction dust hanging around & they gave me some ideas on the best way to keep my system as clean as possible.

Ultimate Heating & Air is a great company to work with-I felt they were honest and fair in my quote for a new furnace and ac. Brooklyn got my appointment for a quote set up immediately, Chris was on-time and very professional. The techs showed up on time and finished the job as promised. I had one hiccup with scheduling my duct cleaning but Brooklyn remedied the situation immediately. I would highly recommend Ultimate.

Great responsive service. We have experienced an intermittent issue with our house heating system. The issue was not solvable at the time of repair, however each step was explained and when the service was completed we left off with a plan that I can execute to help zero in on the issue so that the next trip will solve the issue. I highly recommend this company. I have held a service contact for years and will continue to do so.

First called them for AC maintenance. They were courteous and FAST. the service Tech explained what He was doing and showed me all the issues/problems with my 22 year old system. Scheduled for a bid on replacing the entire system. Darrin was very thorough on His initial inspection and explained what they would do and what exactly would be needed. Explained all options and did Not try to sell me more than what was needed.
The install techs were on time, Neat, and very professional. Had a New HVAC system, Furnace/AC, Duct work etc. installed in 4-5 hours. The new system works great, very quiet and already seeing cost savings on my utility bills. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Darrin & Brooklyn were a pleasure to work with. The install crew even fixed a couple minor issues unrelated to install at NO charge. This company lives up to Customer service/care.
