I don't expect a HVAC or plumbing service provider to be my friend. I do expect them to be courteous. Calling someone an "F-word idiot" doesn't match what I'd consider professional. You are likely reading these reviews to vet your choices. The world is full of mean people. You have a choice who you give your money to when you need help. Maybe that choice should be to hire a plumbing or HVAC service which employs people who treat others with respect and who are good at their job?

Encountered one of there employees on the Beltway. Guy was tailgating me, speeding, no turn signals. A real menace, very rude, liability to company.

Technicians are very good, however once they have you signed up for a contract, they will not let you out until the end of the contract period. They also charge quite a bit more vs. other heating and cooling businesses.
