Vertex Mechanical

This was my 3rd time (3 separate issues). The entire staff is communicative & extremely helpful. They are absolutely my GO TO for all my Central Air & plumbing issues.

I called Vertex after my regular HVAC company told me it would cost me $2200 to replace a $150 part for my Geothermal system. I called Vertex for a second opinion. They were able to have someone show up within 2 hours. Mike their service tech arrived and started to diagnose my system. Mike spent a couple hours and walked me through what he did which cost me only $400 versus the $2200 my previous service company wanted for a repair that did not need to be done. Mike was very professional and great at explaining what he did. Definitely plan on using Vertex in the future.

Steve W. was phenomenal. From the moment we called to the office, she was extremely kind and helpful, to the technician arrival we couldn't have been more pleased. We were in dire need with no heat or hot water and Steve worked through everything checked and rechecked cleaned the parts and replaced what was needed. Explained all of what he was doing in detail but said it in a way I could understand the nuances of our system. As always Vertex Mechanical didn't disappoint.
