I've used Victor's for the last 5 years as I have 2 York systems. They replaced a coil on one unit as it was leaking. Just had them out on the other 5 ton unit yesterday. Moe did a great job. Hats off to Sue as she made it happen. They are really busy but she ensured (even with overtime) that they got me squared away. Sue has a tough job dealing with customers and her own team. She is the best. Victor's - work had to keep her.

We recently had a motor replaced. The service was excellent. The technician that came to our home he was very professional, neat and clean. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a great price for a blower motor. Thank you very much!

My wife and I purchased a home built in 1982 with an AC unit built with the house. Last Summer (2013) our A/C went out blowing only hot air. I called another A/C company that charged us $750 to essentially ad freon and I believe vacuum out our coil. That lasted until June this year when the same problem occurred. I called the same company who did the same work but charged $450 this time for just the freon, yet one week later our house was blowing only hot air again.

That was an expensive week of A/C. I called them up in frustration. They said I have a leak a coil somewhere and that the only thing they can do is put more freon in and hope it lasts, or replace my entire unit for $8,000 considering the age of the unit. In a panic we needed to get second opinions and we called Victor's Air Conditioning. Victor's A/C came and checked out everything.

They determined that I really don't need to replace the entire unit because my condenser unit wasn't as old as the house and has at least 5-7 good years left in it. (The other company never bothered to check the age of the condenser unit, and I never thought to consider that.) They determined the leak was caused by the evaporator coil inside the furnace.

They replaced the evaporator coil for almost 1/7th the cost of replacing everything. They worked right around my schedule and were very professional. We actually had a few minor adjustments that needed to be done after the fact because our expansion valve was loose, but the they came right out every time and made sure we were comfortable in no time.

I think in an industry where you as the homeowner are not the experts, it is really easy to be taken advantage of. I write this review in gratitude of working with Victor's. They are honest and saved my family a lot of money. I highly recommend their services, and if for whatever reason you are between several close estimates, let this review be a reminder that if you go with Victor, s your not hiring a company out to scam you, you are hiring a company who will get the job done right, and who is looking out for your best interests! Our 20+ year-old air conditioner finally broke in one of those hottest days. It was so bad we had to evacuate to a hotel room. A heating and cooling company must have been crazy busy. We were so desperate for any company who would return our call. Then Victor's was recommended to us by a friend of ours. We were first very impressed by how quickly they called back and how pleasant they were.

This was 5:00 or 6:00 in the evening. And instead of making a trip to access the problem and come back, we exchanged information over the phone and fax, and they were at our door next morning with the new air conditioner they had in stock. We were so impressed by their responsiveness and pleasant and professional attitude of everyone who works there.

It looked like it was company policy for the guys to always pick up the phone from the dispatcher. So they would always call you right back and give you an answer. They installed new air conditioner and furnace over 3 days. I waited for one year to write a review so I know the quality of their work. So far, no problem what so ever. And our electric bill is so much less.

My home A/C service needs arose from terrible service from another local HVAC service provider. Approx. 3 years ago, I had my home A/C system replaced. The installing company provided a York system, which I later found was part of a bad production run of units. Numerous HVAC professionals had explained that my refrigerant leak was due to defective gear (condenser coil), but I could not get the installing company to fix the problem without charging me HUNDREDS of dollars.

I contacted Victor's A/C as they were listed on the York website as an authorized installer. As soon as I mentioned the issue, I was asked for serial number, and all details were confirmed. Victor's A/C immediately scheduled a replacement of the unit using the warranty offered by York, and also applied a labor allowance that York provides for replacement of this unit (another item the original A/C company neglected to mention).Overall, Victors A/C was very willing to help, and was very prompt and professional throughout the process. I was NOT charged a cent, and Victor's has earned themselves a new customer.
