Our services include roof cleaning, house washing, facilities maintenance, and more. Virginia Service Company (VSC) is Virginia's #1 local exterior cleaning and soft wash specialist. Founded by owner -operator John D. Wicker. As a young man, John became interested in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry and pursued his interest by becoming HVAC certified.

Ordered a replacement tray for my Bosch Speed Oven 800 Series (ps.never buy this speed oven). Received a detailed receipt immediately and the item arrived 2 days later and is in perfect condition. My speed oven is working again (for now) and I can enjoy my air popped popcorn again! Thank you so much! When I need another tray (which I know I will), I'll be purchasing from here again! (Note: speed oven was NOT purchased at this seller)

We placed an order in December and the tracking came to a halt with the USPS on December 28. On January 11, I contacted the company and no questions asked they sent another package out and asked that I mark the package "return to sender" if it showed up. This past weekend, we received both packages. I found their customer service to be most impressive and we certainly appreciated it.

I chose to order from here vice a big online distributor due to the fact that I live in Virginia Beach and thought I could support a local-ish company and would get a great delivery time being so close. But boy was I ever wrong. Instead of paying the $10 or $15 to go to UPS or FedEx I chose the nice simple easy USPS as I send things to the North Eastern US(New England area mainly) all the time and it takes at the most 4 days to some VERY remote locations.

Well I did not receive my order until 10 DAYS later! It only had to travel to Virginia Beach and especially when I was notified that there was a shipping label created for my order the very same night that I ordered it. I don't know if its company policy to just make sure you wait and ship items until closer to the deadline or what. I just learned my lesson that you really do get what you pay for. So, needless to say I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this and would recommend choosing the bigger distributors from now on! Oh, and I did try and contact them about my order I emailed (got no response) and tried calling several times (no answer)

This company is a rip off bait and switch style business. They refused to speak to me about the wrong part switched when I ordered by part #, sent me a return label addressed to myself the first time and blocked me after I emailed them to verify if I had been refunded. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS CO. I'm now in process of logging complaints with the state attorney general, and the better business bureau in Virginia.

Was looking for 5 Maytag stove knobs and saw this store. Price is not the cheapest but only slightly more than the cheapest price. I took a chance and placed my order and much to my delight shipping is only 5.95 from Virginia to southern california and no tax. I thought it would take like at least 4-5 days due to USPS but I got the shipment just 2 days later. Shopping on the internet is always a risky adventure but every now and then you get lucky and find a store like Virginia Service Supply which really makes your day.

Ordering from this SCAM company is a HUGE mistake. I ordered a week ago, and haven't received my product even though the usps tracker says delivered. I contacted them asking for a refund as I'll just take my business somewhere else. They offered a exchange which I declined because why would I hope the next one comes? I once again asked for a refund to which they said they don't offer refunds for things marked as delivered.

I told them that was fine I'll just get ahold of the BBB and my card company and get a refund. To which they replied with this: Generally people who demand refunds instead of a replacement are the scammers. We know exactly what happened here. They have now BLOCKED my email, I can't get into my account on their website they made me create. They have STOLEN $24 from me. Which isn't much. But it's still theft. Sorry but if I was going to lie about something not coming it sure as heck wouldn't be only $24

The quality of customer service from Virginia Service Supply is so rare these days. Jim helped me find the right replacement part. He also forewarned me that it might not be possible to replace the igniters if the burner head screws were corroded, which was indeed the case. After I cancelled the order, Jim offered some suggestions about gas ranges and answered several questions via email--even though our transaction was complete. I can't recommend VSS enough. Oh, and their prices were the best, too (which is why I ordered from them in the first place). Outstanding customer service.

Been meaning to drop a 'thumbs up' review for Virginia Service Supply for an order I placed back in April 2020. First time buying here, was a rather hard to find item.don't remember exact what it was. Am always leery of online shopping from places I haven't used before. Shipping was quick and no issues or surprises. Good experience, won't hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

Just received a hard -to- find part for my Maytag dryer from Virginia Service Supply. Great online ordering and amazingly fast response to my email inquiry. They responded late Friday afternoon within minutes. Quick shipping and decent price. Nothing but great service on my first order from them!

I had 2 totally different experiences with this company. Your mileage may vary but I cannot recommend based on the second experience. First part: Called and spoke to owner and asked about coming to pick up a part as I'm only about 30 miles away. He indicated they had limited stock at the facility and said if I ordered, I'd receive quickly. I ordered the part on a Thursday and received on Saturday.

Overall a good experience. Second part: I ordered the second part on a Saturday, knowing and expecting that they would not fulfill the order until Monday at the earliest. I received an email on Monday stating a label had been created. On Tuesday I checked the tracking number and said, and I quote, "shipment received, package awaiting acceptance". Not sure what this meant I called and spoke to the owner.

I provided him the order number and the response I got was that if I received a tracking number it had been shipped. No additional assistance was provided from him nor was there any concern on his part that I had raised a question about my order. I was disappointed he didn't look up the tracking number himself (via my order number) and see that something was amiss.

Fast forward to Friday, my package is in California. Yes. California. I live in Virginia, 30 miles from the company's location. Have I tried calling the owner? No, as my experience with the last phone call was fruitless. Assuming an issue with shipping I had the forethought to find the same part on Amazon (for a cheaper price actually) and ordered this past Wednesday and received on Thursday for no shipping charge (Amazon Prime member).

I sit here waiting on the original part to arrive, which should be next week. All told it will likely be a total of at least 10-15 days to get a part that was mailed 30 miles from my location. Overall a very negative experience. Bottom line, obviously the shipping snafu was the shipping company's issue (USPS), but I guess I expect more from an owner/company. Had I thought the owner would have attempted to intervene and ship another part after discovering the issue, I would be leaving a positive review; however, my experience has left me feeling like this vendor does not care about the customer once the package leaves his facility. I would like to support a local business but only when I am respected as a local customer.
