I highly recommend W.L.Brady I had a great experience with this company. Had a new furnace and AC installed. I was using a home warranty I purchased when I bought my house which was not an easy process but Kelly in the office helped me every step of the way. She had great customer service and was extremely helpful! Rob was great to work with and Billy the tech that installed my units was very helpful in answering all of our questions. I would use this company again! Great all around service.

Service tech great, knowledge but the office stright garbage still no invoice estimate for repairs need called multiple time give correct info and email told theyll email and ship a copy still nothing. Sad a business cant even give an overpriced estimate if their too busy or just say we are not intrested. Looks like I'll be having to call another company to give my money too
