I called, made an appointment, they finished their previous job early and came out to my place and checked my AC out. i had been quoted by another company already. walker heating and cooling did a diagnosis on my AC and quoted me a price that was 80% less. AND they replaced what needed to be replaced instead of trying to up-sell me an entirely new unit AND they made me offers for regular maintenance. so On time Efficient Professional Affordable Trustworthy. what else do you want?

Walker ASAP heating and cooling has been phenomenal for us as new residents in ETX. The office staff is courteous, helpful, professional, and responsive. Every technician that has come to our home has been extremely professional. They are on time or early, and call before coming, to minimize inconvenience to the customer. They have worked long hours, in difficult conditions (especially in ETX in the summer!), and have helped us get this home in running order.

Walker is a phenomenal company. We moved into our "new" home recently and the AC went out. I worked through my home warranty company and had to use their "preferred" contractor. That contractor proceeded to make a mess of the situation. I subsequently reached out to Walker on my own and Trish worked with me to get a technician out the same day!
