I am switching companies. AC unit broke down overnight & I could not reach our normal A/C repair company. From the time I called, until the technician showed up was less than one hour. The Technician (David) communicated with me during the whole process. For a weekend service call and part replacement with 5 year warranty, the cost was within reason. Great Job

My experience with this company has been great from start to finish. The ladies in the office, the gentleman Joshua who gave me my quote, and the 3 men BoaKai, Alex, and Eric who cleaned my vents were all incredibly helpful, pleasant, and polite. At no point did I feel I was being pushed to get extra services or items, which I really appreciate because sometimes transactions like these can be intimidatingfor me. Also, I wanted to add that my mother stopped by to drop off a new toilet we purchased for the house, and when BoaKai and Eric saw us about to struggle with this huge thing, they VERY KINDLY offered to come carry it in for us. I was incredibly grateful to say the least! I will recommend this company to anyone.

We had 2 units replaced in the last year (one was 17 years old and the other was 24!) both had been maintained by Weather Engineers. They were easy to work with ( we had to reschedule the install on both units due to issues with the concrete pad being poured for the heat pumps) and both crews did an excellent job! We would highly recommend them! Update for 2022 - Danny came out for our 6 month maintenance and did his usual excellent job. This company does a fine job and is well worth the money spent!

Joshua initially came out and reviewed our situation. He formalized an estimate and sent it to us. After review, and obtaining additional quotes, we decided to go with Weather Engineers. And glad we did! Boakai, Eric and Alex did a great job during their 5 days here. They worked in a very professional and courteous manner. Guy came out, didn't look it over and said was low on freon, so filled it up = 500 dollars. Less than a week later it's running hot again. Gave it a proper look over and said I need a new machine. Tried to deal with them directly with no movement. Had to dispute it through my card to get their attention. Office guys were great, tech was terrible. Even misquoted me for the freon. Said would be 89 for 1 st gallon and 89 for each thereafter. Was 120 for 1st gallon and 111 for each gallon.

Estimator that came to my house was very professional and took time to explain things, showed me photos of the condition of our air handlers and how badly they needed to be cleaned. Wow! We are so happy we called Weather Engineers! Our friend recommended them we are so happy that we listened to her. We had problems with our air conditioning and the receptionist I spoke to was super nice! They came right out! The technician was so honest and super nice! He fixed it right away! We were so worried it was going to be an expensive repair thank goodness it wasn't anything major! The technician was so honest which is very rare these days! I used weather engineers for years in my two properties. Great maintenance service. All of them are profesional. Great emergency service( I had needed a few times before replacing my old AC units).The only problem is that their AC units are expensive; it all depends of the quality and warranty that you want. You won't be disappointed with them but it will cost you more.

Our condenser blower went out this past week (thankfully not in August). Weather Engineers came out and quoted us close to $900 to replace it. I got multiple second opinions and all of them were between $300-$500 less than the quote given by Weather engineers. I ended up researching it myself and buying the part for approximately $150 and fixing it. myself in approximately 30 minutes.
Before hiring Weather engineers to do anything, do your research. They are extremely overpriced. Previously they charged us approximately $150 to change a capacitor. Again, after research and $19 on Amazon for the part, I did it myself in less than 10 minutes. SHOP AROUND. SHOP AROUND or pay way too much by going to Weather Engineers.

We were even more impressed with the way Jason evaluated what we need in a new system. We didn't get a sales pitch, we got an expert analysis and a professional solution. We've had three other local companies work on our A/C in the past five years and wouldn't trust any of them to come back. I've been a commercial and residential customer for years and have always had amazing service. Last night was no exception! Our A/c unit was completely dead when we arrived home last evening. Marc, one of the WE service techs, came right out and diagnosed the problem immediately. He worked tirelessly in the dark (after what I am sure was a very, . very long, hot day) to get our unit running and our house feeling cool again.
It was after 10:00PM when he wrapped up. Can you believe I had to badger him to accept a tip? Totally true. When it was all said & done, we were cool & completely satisfied. Oh.and having a maintenance contract saved us hundreds of dollars, too! Thanks so much, WE!

The mark of a good company is how its employees treat a customer when they have a problem. In our 20+ year relationship with Weather Engineers, we have always been given prompt and courteous service. From. service calls on our aging Trane, to replacing the unit with a newer Trane a few years ago, we have always been treated like a valued customer.
I cannot say enough good about Michael Pollard, the service tech who replaced the seized blower motor in our air conditioner this week. He promised that he would take care of us as quickly as possible, and he did.
