Ray C. Weaver Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is proud of our heritage. We are in our fourth generation of mechanical contracting on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. First generation, W.D. "Buck" Weaver became a United Association Journeyman in 1903. Buck worked at the trade in many capacities; apprentice, journeyman, foreman, superintendent, and local union president.Buck formed Weaver and Sons, Inc. in 1956 with sons Albert and Ray. Albert and Ray operated the business until the early 1970's. Ray sold his interest to Albert and established Ray C. Weaver Mechanical Contractors, Inc. in 1974 at our current location.
Services
To create and maintain positive long term relationships with our contractors and customers. Our work area is the lower six (6) counties of Mississippi, but predominantly the three (3) coastal counties of Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson. We work direct for Agencies, Owners, and we also work as a specialty subcontractor for local, regional, and national contractors.
Federal - NASA, and it's numerous tenants, and the current and previous facility operations contractors at John C. Stennis Space Center, Keesler Air Force Base 81st Contracting Squadron and the current and prior facility operations contractors, Naval Construction Battalion Center, Federal Courthouse at Gulfport, Naval Retirement Home - Gulfport, Veterans Administration former Gulfport facility and current facility at Biloxi, US Department of Agriculture at Gulfport.
For the last thirty years that I have been in the construction industry, our construction firm has had the pleasure of working with Ray C. Weaver Mechanical Contractors, Inc. Additionally, I have worked most of those years directly with Jimmy Weaver, and I find him and the rest of his organization to be one of the most capable and professional firms on the Gulf Coast.
