My Mini-split hear pump outside unit was vibrating significantly during the recent cold snap. Werley dispatched Nathan to diagnose the problem which he found immediately on observation. My fan blade was damaged causing the unstable condition. He immediately called to find the replacement parts and ordered them to be shipped under factory warranty. He also diagnosed some noise issues on our inside units and is working to get parts for that repair.

Sorry, but I forgot the technicians name. He was very thorough and very nice and he explained to us that we had shut the water off to the unit when we shut off the outside spigot for the winter. So he turned it back on and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. All of the service we have gotten from Werley, both this time in the past has been very good.

Miguel arrived very promptly and immediately located the issue. Since my HVAC unit is older I was concerned that I would immediately be pressured to replace the entire unit. However, he let me know what he needed to do to fix the current issue and gave me a lot of additional information as I approach the time where I would need to make that purchase. I really appreciate his professionalism and attentive assistance.

Peter just came to the house for an emergency service call on our oil burner. He was AWESOME. Very knowledgeable and did a great job. We just moved into our house 6 months prior and never had oil before, so this was a new experience. Andy was on time, courteous and knowledgeable regarding what needed to be done. He was impressed with our 3-year-old system and found no problems with it. The homeowner's system performance report clearly stated what was cleaned, tested and adjusted adding to my good day to be off from work. 5 star!

The service technician, Andy, performed annual maintenance required. He was timely and efficient, as I hoped he would be. Nothing was found wrong. Since my carrier system is all of 15 yrs old, I had concerns about replacing the air handler, should it break down. He informed me that the new systems don't use the same freon (?) as mine, and that I would have to replace the entire system..(Nice to know). Once Andy answered all my questions, I'm convinced it might be time to look at a new carrier system next year, to take me into my retirement years. Thank You Andy.
