I'm not sure who came out this last visit today but he was wonderful. He came out to our place in lakeport and was super smart and did his job Service: A/C system maintenance

Called about a heating issue with A/C unit one afternoon and had technician come out that same afternoon. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue so that we could have heat that night. Fast service and friendly staff. Would use again if needed. Service: Repair HVAC

Brian, with Wilson Heating, was just here to check our heating and AC-had not had a physical in years. Such a nice, professional, friendly and knowledgeable young man. He found some problems, fixed them and let us know what to expect in the future from our 20 year old heater. I highly recommend this company.

We just had to replace the very old air conditioner in our home and given our previous experience with Wilson Air Conditioning there was absolutely no question as to who we were going to choose to order through. We put the order in on Friday morning and they were at our doorstep on Monday morning at 9 AM. They did a fantastic job installing our new AC.

Came to our house looked at our AC that we thought was going bad (for a second opinion). Told us there is nothing wrong with our AC and that it's doing what exactly it needs to do when temperature drops. Honest people! The first AC Company that came told us it needs a new motor and charged us $100 for the visit. AC still working good after 1 yr. Keeping this company in mind for future service.

I have used Wilson's AC several times and always at the worst times (evenings, weekends, holidays) and they have done everything possible in a timely manner to fix our ac. Also they have wonderful integrity. We were told we may need a new ac unit and through the technician's determination to find out if it was the unit he found a loose wire that was simple to stabilize. They have saved us tons of money and kept me and my children cool when it was 100 degrees outside. God bless these people!

Wow! I live in Chattanooga TN, 800 miles away from Longview where my son and his family rent a home from us. My son called today (Apr 10, 2019) saying the AC wasn't working. Wilson AC was recommended to us by a contractor who had done repairs on the house. Several hours later, Wilson AC had finished with the repair. My son had, by accident, cut a power line to the compressor.

It was repaired quickly at a great price. Since I's so far away, it would have been easy to take advantage of the situation. Wilson AC showed great integrity, professionalism, as well as quick and competent service.and, the repair man was very friendly with my 2 year old grand-daughter and my daughter-in-law. I recommend them highly. Exceptional service!
