Wood Air Conditioning

Wood A/C is great! I called them and they were here later than morning. Hector quickly found the problem and repaired it for a reasonable price.

So I do think that they should get 5 stars on my second call to them but they got 4 because the first call I made yesterday morning was almost a deterrent to using them! Air conditioning unit outside stopped working called them first and was not pleased with the first lady I talked to! She gave me the price to have someone come out and look but she was NOT at all friendly!

She sounded annoyed! So I said I was going to call and get quotes from other ones and I'd call back! I called maybe 20 other places and most won't even answer the phone but one that did was JDs and the lady there was sooooo nice and since I was out of their radius it would cost me more so she recommended that I call Wood again even tho they were cheaper than the few that actually answered I was reluctant because the lady I talked to that morning was a bit rude.

I called anyway since I was running low on options and the lady I talked to that time was entirely different! She was a pleasure to speak with; super helpful and responsive I think her name was Kristen maybe! They came out just a couple hours later and the tech that fixed it was honest and pleasant and friendly! So if you are considering using them don't be discouraged by the unpleasant lady if she answers the phone!

They really are impressively good! I was ready to pay $61 more using someone further away just to avoid having to talk to that 1st lady again! They are reasonably priced, helpful, fast, and efficient! Minus the one lady.

I called to get my a/c checked out due to a non-cooling issue. Gaby gave me a time frame of when a tech would be able to come out and check on my issue. She called to let me know that a tech was on the way just like she said she would. Ray arrived and checked out my system. Very professional, good quality work and he made sure I knew exactly what it was going to cost me for repairs before starting any work. Overall great experience and I would recommend them to anybody looking for this kind of service.

Our air conditioning stopped working on a hot and humid day, and was blowing hot air We called Wood Air Conditioning and they had Ray come out the same afternoon. Ray is very competent, personable and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had our AC up and running in short order. Wood Air Conditioning is the best! Hector was prompt and very thorough in inspecting our heating and air systems.

He detected a problem that would have caused a very serious issue had it not been addressed now. We trust Wood Heating and Air and appreciate their superior service and knowledgeable personnel.

This is the second time in a few months I've had Gerardo come out to service my A/C. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and always quick to get the job done. Also, he doesn't just fix the problem, he offers advice on how to maintain and prevent future issues. I would definitely recommend Wood to anyone experiencing problems. Service: Drain cleaning
