Woods Heating & Air COND Service

I called the office to schedule an appointment for air condition service, Jeff Woods came out the next day and did a thorough job Jeff is friendly, and very good at what he does. He was efficient and quick. I recommend Woods Brothers to anyone wanting heat and air serviced. We have been customers for years and they put in air conditioner and furnace in the same day. We have never been unhappy with their work.

We called Sunday and set up an appointment for Monday with Woods Family when our A/C failed to cool on our first hot day (85F). The HVAC unit flashed an error code that didn't offer an easy fix. The Woods Family repairman, James Blankenship, arrived early Monday and did a quick check of the error codes, finding it to be an outside unit issue. He got his tools, said he saw the problem, and repaired it in less than 30 minutes, with the system running with no error codes flashing and refreshingly cool air. Thanks James for a job quickly and well done.

Had a great experience with our technician! He had the best demeanor. Spent extra time with me explaining how to program my thermostat. When I was unsure of how to do it, he went ahead and programmed every day of the week for me (including different times of the day.) Such a kind gentleman! Really appreciated all of his help!

When our air conditioner stopped working in 2010 we called Woods. We are still so happy that we did! Woods provides the best service and maintenance! Highly recommend! I had two oil tanks removed, gas furnace and central air installed.which was a pretty big job. After receiving multiple quotes, I decided to move forward with Woods Family Heating and Air simply because Jason's customer service and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions.

Woods Family is so dependable, we have used them for over 15 years. When I called on a Sunday nite at 8:00 pm they got back to me within 15 minutes, they calmed me down, got my system working and called me the next morning to ascertain that everything was OK. They sent someone out that day to check the system and fix a loose wire. They have some of the best and knowledgeable employees, always very professional. I am so happy that we found Woods Family after we moved to Roanoke.

This morning Jeff Woods came to service our gas furnace. We are pleased and satisfied with his work. Jeff was careful and considerate. He took care with our light colored carpeting and was careful not to bump the plastic water pipe while working on the furnace. Jeff is a good professional who knows his work. He did a thorough and careful job while here, and fully inspected our heating unit. We highly recommend Woods Family Heating & Air Conditioning.

Woods Heating and Air just completed our routine maintenance for the fall/winter. They have been serving our unit for over 13 years and we have never been disappointed. Jeff Woods does an exceptional job. I like that he calls before arriving so you know when to expect him and can have the garage door open and lights on so he can begin his work. Since the Woods family resumed operations about 2006 we have dealt primarily with Jeff Woods for all our HVAC work. He represents a consistent source of expertise, dependability, and over the years, friendship. He knows our system and home, and provides us with insight and recommendations about our set up ( such as the water heater he noticed needing replacement in 2019 ).
