Houston North saved us over $100,00. A previous vendor had diagnosed our chiller as unrepairable and needing replacement - a cost of well over $100,000. We asked Houston North to give us a bid on replacing the chiller and they asked if they could first check the system. They did and they discovered a valve had not been closed properly. That's it. System has been running perfect for over a year now. I cannot say enough about Houston North's honesty and integrity.

I have been a homeowner in Houston for over 30 years and Houston North AC provided the absolute best quality and most timely service that I have ever experienced. They fixed my downtown high rise condo water chilled AC at an extraordinarily fair price when other companies either would not even look at the problem or had no idea what to do.
