Our AC went out over the weekend and they got us up and running when the outfit that did the initial install fell through. The other guys were going to charge us for a new control board and motor, but John said that wasn't necessary and the motor was under warranty. The total repair was a fraction of what we expected it to be. My family has used West Brothers for years, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

My AC went out on a Friday night. First thing Monday morning the guys from West Brothers were there. The service guys were quick, honest and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my AC with a quick and easy part they already had in the van. They did not try to upsell me on service, parts or components I didn't need. I would highly recommend this company!

My AC went out in the middle of summer. Todd and his guys showed up quickly and did great work. The pricing was fair and our house now cools down better than it has every done before. I could not recommend West Brothers enough. Service: A/C system repair
