The installation technicians (Marvin, Jordan and Angel) were prompt, very professional and left our home neat during our ductless mini split installation. It was easy to work with NETR from beginning to end. Jason was very helpful in the showroom explaining how things would work in our application. We did not have an easy installation given the age of our home and that it was a victorian with mouldings everywhere. Jerry and Mike, our installers, were on time every day. They worked hard and took a very short lunch break. They always told us when they were leaving and coming back. They explained what they were doing and were always professional. We were very happy with them and felt like were in good hands. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Each member of the NETR team we came in contact with was courteous and professional. The communication was excellent from beginning to end. The installation team were on time and completed the project ahead of schedule. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the installation workmanship and recommended Mitsubishi a/c installed.

The whole experience was great. The team was friendly, efficient, and professional and did a wonderful job of minimizing piping. They were also thoughtful about placement of the units and helped me think through the best options for my home, which had limited spaces for the units. They also made sure I had a full tour of the mini splits and understood how to maintain the system. Thanks!
