J.A. Smith installed a Daikin heat pump for me. They are professional and responsive. I never had to rush them to do anything. Also, they allow me to choose any electrician to wire the power they need. Very happy with the heat pump now. Will hire them next time I need something they can help.

Brandon identified the root cause of the problem in moments (improper installation by another contractor.) He showed me the damaged copper fittings after removal and replacement. He required less time than the estimate (trouble free repair) so, the cost to us was less than the original estimate. Service: HVAC system repair

We actually did this remotely. Bob serviced our apartment water-source heat pump. It's hard to find people who can do this. He showed on time, got the key from the lock box, did the work quickly and efficiently, and called promptly. I will use his services again given the opportunity.
