Jason from Bass Air was outstanding, I asked numerous questions in regards to my A/C and just in general questions about what he was doing during his visit to have a better understanding. Jason come today to clean and check my heat pump system. He was very professional, offered to have me watch, and let me ask questions while he worked. He was very thorough in cleaning and checking my unit and answered all my questions. I will call Bass Air in the future when service or repairs are needed!
