Can't praise this plumbing service enough. This is my second time and they are professional. On the first call we had a shower issue on a holiday weekend and they came out right away. I had one toilet install and another toilet fixed and faucet change on the sink. All was done nicely. Billy was the plumber that did it all. Vicente and CJ showed up right on time. Tested my pressure regulator, fount it was very high and needed replacement. They also tested for possible leak under my slab which was thankfully negative. Installed my shinny new pressure regulator in record time. They explained the process and were very professional. Good guys all around.

David and Ty with Henley's Plumbing and Air replaced a hot water heater recently. They did a fantastic job removing the old tank and they replaced EVERY part (hoses, pipes) to ensure the unit would be problem-free for years. They explained what they were doing throughout, were highly professional, and they were very skilled in their work. I commend them and Henley's for being so attentive and responsive. They cleaned up after themselves and even answered a question after hours. VERY customer-focused.

The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. The AC unit they sold me is quiet as they said it would be. I also purchased the QuietCool system to cool off the attic. I have wanted it for a while & de died to so it with the new AC unit.

We called Henley's to schedule our 6-month HVAC inspection. They showed up right on time and did a very thorough job inspecting the unit and ducts. They are always professional and we appreciate their quality work.

I also want to commend Erick and Nick for explaining what they were inspecting and why. I asked Nick if Henley's also inspects hot water heaters, and he said yes. He called the company right away and they contacted me within minutes to schedule the inspection. Great customer service.

Henley's is my first call for any plumbing need. Major drain rebuild caused by roots 95% clogging toilet drain. Monday-Thursday job. Gavin, Billy and Ricardo did a great job. Jackhamered in one bathroom, dug down 3 ft. Diligently R&R existing drain. Offered to install new toilets if we wanted, no upcharge. Refilled dirt, poured concrete and cleaned up each day. Really nice guys. A stressful situation. Guys made it tolerable. Ask for Gavin, Billy and Ricardo. I highly recommend them for small to major plumbing work. Yes, we got new toilets and are having them convert tub to tub/shower combo. Next, they'll replace our shower. Good people, doing good work, at a good price.

Each time estimate was met or exceeded, including the initial consultation appointment.
The two Davids that came out gave me a fast and fair estimate which included GETTING ME ALL SET WITH MY NEW WATER HEATER (made in the USA!) even before the end of business day. I thought for sure this would take the whole weekend to handle, but Henleys was a very pleasant surprise from start to finish.

Henely's plumbing and air SAVED THE DAY! It was 102 outside and my air would not get cold. Thankfully, their knowledgeable technician Alex was able to come out same day and fix my issue quickly. Our AC blows ice cold again. We now have the maintenance plan to make sure this doesn't happen again. 10/10 would recommend them!

Henley's is my go-to for all plumbing and HVAC service and repairs. I have had faucet installs, drain clearing, angle stop replacements, dishwasher installation, and plumbing leaks repaired. Every job is done right the first time. The office staff is professional and highly communicative. The technicians are super nice and knowledgeable. David and Christian are both exceptional. My burner kit went out on my GE water heater and my home had no hot water. I called several companies to come out over the holiday weekend to assist and no one was available. Once I came across Henley's, after reading their reviews I decided to call. Their customer service is excellent, the technician was extremely knowledgeable, consultative, and gave me a peace of mind.

The technician came out to diagnose and then they were able to come back out within 24 hours to install a new water heater. They were efficient and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I hired Henley's to replace the Air Ducts in my attic which were close to 30 years old. This is what happened: 1. I got several quotes from other services and Henley's was the lowest. 2. A Henley's Rep showed up to inspect the house and provided me a quote while explaining everything they would do. Very Professional. 3. They then scheduled a date a week later and showed up on time and completed the job in a few hours. Crew was polite, courteous and cleaned up after they were done. 4. Biggest surprise was how they used Email to provide and approve quotes. Made it real easy.

So grateful for their quick and attentive service! My water pressure regulator burst on me and we had no water in the home. Called several other companies but they couldn't promise to come out earlier than Tuesday or Wednesday! Not Acceptable! David with BHI Plumbing came to my house within an hour of my phone call. Despite the fact that it was an emergency, I didn't feel I was being gouged and the service fees were definitely reasonable (given the circumstances). Grateful for this company. We had a gas leak coming from our water heater. The gas company came out and explained we needed to replace parts on the water heater. Thankfully the parts arrived sooner than expected but, it is a Friday evening and my family and I are so grateful for BHI sending Dave to help install the parts needed to get the water heater working again. So many great things to say about BHI. When I called the office to request a quote, they answered the phone politely, were eager to help, detailed in their responses and did exactly what they said they would do. I received a text message and an email right away. I love attention to detail and clear communication. When Leo arrived to give me a quote, I received the same polite, detailed and clear information regarding my requests and he answered all the questions we had.

We went ahead with the quote and had the laundry room valves and refrigerator water valve replaced. He also recommended we replace our regulator as the water pressure was too high. Alex and Jeremy did an excellent job and were respectable in appearance and manner. A previous company took 10 days just to get back with me on a price and were 4 times the price BHI charged me and BHI were only a little over an hour from start to finish. The previous company made two trips and never even knew how to light the pilot light while putting me through a 10 day ordeal. Very pleased with BHI.

We have a membership with BHI amd this either the 4th or fifth job that they have done on our house. We thought the main line had to be replaced, they found the actual problem, got it done quickly and waaaayyyy under the quoted price. The entire crew was super nice and professional. They left everything looking great.

I have used BHI Plumbing several times in the past two years. They are one of the best plumbing services I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their response times and professionalism is outstanding. Their pricing is going to be competitive with other companies. I am willing to pay the price, and in exchange I get a crew that is responsive, attentive, and fully capable of solving the problem I have.

You might be able to find a plumbing service that costs less, but you are probably not going to find one that can immediately respond to your problem and fix whatever you need fixed. Which for plumbing, that is usually something that you need right away. I highly recommend BHI plumbing.

So I called them for ventilation on the water heater guy came out fix it, call the gas company they say it's not fixed probably and can't light the water heater, so I called BHI explained to them they had someone out within 20 minutes and the guy was able to light the water heater explained better then the gas company sad. Very Happy with BHI. Justin and Cody responded right away. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I had a lot of questions and Justin and Cody were very thorough in explaining the existing problems with old water heater and all the questions I had about a new water heater they were very thorough in their job Justin and Cody went the extra mile and went into the attic and on top of the roof to make sure the exhaust vent was all working correctly because we had a carbon dioxide issue with the old one very happy with these guys and I would recommend BHI Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

My sink and bathroom tube was leaking and BHI Plumbing responded quickly and came out to my house the very next day. So GLAD I chose BHI Plumbing for the job today! I had 2 Plumbing technicians David and Martin come out to replace my Pop Up Assembly. They were able to diagnose my problem and carefully but quickly made the repair needed. Cynthia was very friendly on the phone when discussing the issue of a problem with a leaky gas valve going into the fireplace. She sent Leo out within a couple of hours and he fixed it right away. I had a number of nuisance plumbing problems which needed repairing. I was able to get an appointment quickly. All the steps of the repairs were explained prior to starting and when the jobs were completed, the plumber showed photos of all the work done. I have never seen such thoroughness. Ever! Leo and Keith did an amazing job, they removed my old sink and installed a new one for me and put in new drain pipes, they also reinstalled my RO system and garbage disposal. They also fixed my leaking toilet. Totally satisfied with their speedy and professional service.

I live in the Verdemont area of San Bernardino & bought my two-story house brand new in 2006. Just in time for the heat wave the house air conditioning system went KAPUT! Googled the situation & found out air conditioning systems have a life expectancy of fifteen years or so. 2021-2006=fifteen years. Yep--time was up. Called BHI & they had my entire system up & going in a day's work. BHI finances, so if you pass the credit check you can afford to get your Air Conditioning fixed by BHI. Leo, the technician who came out to diagnose my air conditioning system, took amp readings of all electrical components before condemning the component.

As someone who has worked as an automotive electrician I know what that means; Leo explained all his readings as compared to factory specifications. I appreciated that. I've BTDT automotively, and it's a sign of real professionalism. It's been a couple of weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with the work that BHI has done.

Its so difficult to find good companies out there who are knowledgeable and fix the problems right away. Well, thankfully thats BHI. I found them when my hot water heater busted and ruined my garage and they helped me through that problem with the insurance company without a hitch. My last 2 issues were AC related and the are so responisive and accurate. Leo has been our tech the last 2 times and we are so happy to have resolved issues within hours of our calls which usually happen late at night. The office staff is very polite, friendly and professional as well. Thank you BHI for taking care of us so well, your service is greatly appriciated.

We were having plumbing issues and had to call BHI about 3 times over a month. Most times were late-night but we received immediate assistance each time. We received estimates before coming out (since there are emergency fees, which are reasonable) and had full inspection and repairs quickly. It usually took them under an hour to get to us from the initial call. Joe was our main guy and always helpful, friendly, on-time and each time he talked us not just through the repair process but explained to us in detail the overall issue and what our options could be to repair the core problem.

We eventually decided it was best to repair our main line to solve the issue. Again, Joe and BHI handled the schedule and process and also gave us multiple estimates based on how much we wanted to repair and worst-case-scenario type situations (if it was worse than they expected once they get in). Their estimates were always accurate at the end and we never experienced surprise fees or charges.

They offered good financing options and walked us through that process as well. Joe had great communication throughout the process, calling and messaging us to check in and provide us updates. The guys worked quickly, efficiently and we would absolutely recommend them to anybody for plumbing services. We're glad that we don't have to worry about plumbing issues anymore and that their work comes with a guarantee. You can trust these guys will take care of you!

Leo came out to our house to find a leak for us. Located it fast, got us water back in the house. He was very friendly, fast and helpful. You can tell hes very knowledgeable at what he does. He was masked up as he approached us and worked. And everything was great quality. We were very happy with his work.
