Because we believe in this, you are assured of the highest quality performance from our staff. Our company was incorporated in 1984 after Kenneth H. Dayley retired from the TRANE CO. As a Service Engineer he was well known all over the country as he presented many seminars on various types of equipment. Through his vast experience he has helped educate our staff of five technicians, including myself, with academics relating to our field and hands-on training.

In addition, our technicians receive additional factory and classroom training above and beyond the continuing education requirements set forth by the KY Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction.
