We recognized that our air conditioning wasn't working at about 8:00 at night on a Friday when it had been mid 90s that day. Once we realized we needed to call someone to come out, Jake responded immediately, estimated a half hour to get to us, and was here in 15 minutes. He found the problem quickly and had the AC fixed in about 20 minutes. Jake was super professional, friendly and courteous. Good stuff.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with Welzig Heating & Air. I have used Welzig for many years and they have NEVER disappointed me. Today they sent their tech, Bob out. Bob was such a pleasure to work with. He was so professional and so knowledgeable. The issue with my a/c was very complicated but Bob was determined he was going to get it fixed. and he did! Not only did he fix it, he explained to me and showed me pictures of exactly what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I will most definitely continue to recommend Welzig. They are the BEST!
