Quality Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has been family owned and operated since its beginning in 1965. It began with brothers-in-law Jerry E. Johnson and Phillip W. Leach. At the time, Jerry was a sub-contractor building homes. He had several requests from his customers for his involvement in HVAC at the properties being built.
Jerry & Phillip then began their careers in HVAC. In 1980, Jerry's daughter, Lisa, joined the business. When Phillip retired in 1986, Jerry & Lisa were joined by Lisa's husband, Scott E. Sullivan.
