Danny, Brian, and Chris are great guys. Danny kept my old AC running for sixteen years, and Brian and Chris installed the new one in about three hours with no disturbance. Very friendly and approachable too.

If you had told me having my system repaired would be this delightful, I'd want it to fail more often! It was a joy to meet Mike Merritt and watch him repair my system. After describing the symptoms, Mike knew what the issue was, verified it, and fixed it. Also, the folks on the phones were great - and set timing expectations with accuracy. Mike Merritt HVAC is THE go to company for your heating and cooling needs! We moved to Fleming Island 3 yrs ago had 0 connections. That's a tough place to be when you need repairs on your home. Who to trust and who is gona just rip ya off. I have nothing to say about this company except total professionals! I needed them multiple times over the last three yrs and each time they were pros. Got the system working and when I wanted to replace one Mike actually came out to ensure that this was done correctly.
We used a zoned system and this can be a bit complicated. This is a owner that is out in the field with his guys making sure the jobs are done right and digging in when needed. That was clear to me very quickly. I would not recommend any company higher than this one. Integrity, loyalty to their customer base and fair pricing. They are not the cheapest in town, but for my money I prefer to just have the item fixed right the first time. Or if there is an issue they get right back out to fix it. Top quality! That's Merrit Team! Y'all are the goods
