Cullen almon was great! My water heater started leaking suddenly and I called hunter techs out and they sent someone my way within an hour! Couldn't ask for better customer service. Kenny T. came out Friday & Saturday and fixed my A/C. Thanks to him, this is best this unit has ever worked since we've had it. And we've only had this unit 9months. He gets 5 stars from me. Overall as a company, there needs to be better communication with one another on work orders and add notes so the next Technician knows what's going on.
