Kings did a fantastic job installing a new gas furnace and AC unit in my home. The personal attention, care and honesty was like having a family member looking after my needs. Very disappointed. Did respond timely after I called to have a leaking gas line to my vent free fireplace replaced. However, after spending 45 minutes in my home inspecting the line and the fireplace he tells me that they don't work on gas free logs so he can't help me. Why would it take 45 minutes to determine that he cannot work on a vent free when that was the first thing I showed him when he arrived?
In addition to that, he was very rude, trashed talked my fireplace and chimney stating it was all wrong but did not offer any solution, who to call that could correct the issue etc.just that they couldn't work on it due to liability reasons. Mind you this was a fresh remodel on an old house done just 2 years ago.quality contractor and all inspections were done to ensure everything was correct. Overall, I paid a service call and received no service or direction and still have a leaking gas line.
