Diversified Air

Diversified is an excellent air house. Their service techs are well trained and do a thorough job. They carry service parts on their vans to get a customer up and running which is rare nowadays.

This company originally supplied a Bauer air compressor for our laboratory. The compressor stopped working, they sent a service technician who said "The 1st stage pressure gauge doesn't work, it will need a new one". He sent a bill to the university and never returned. The problem was with a cracked circuit board and wiring fault due to vibration and unrelated to the technician's diagnostic of a bad 1st stage pressure gauge. Company was later unresponsive to requests to replace the compressor. Minimum google rating is justified.

Beware, get an estimate before you have this company come out on a service call. I was charges $408.00 to have a tech come out, visually just look at my failed compressor and tell me it is bad. Charged me $149.50 per hour plus mileage plus a $25.00 environmental fee for what I don't know. I replaced the compressor for less than $700.00 total

I was really pleased by the way the service department dealt with me. They were professional, took time returned my phone calls and helped me out with my problem, they invested time even though there was nothing in it for them. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
